Dark atmosphere. I think this hotel is not maintained well. Very dark in the isle, many broken lamp inside room, broken television channel, water in the bath room stinks. The plus point here is its cheap price, swimming pool on it, and right on the main road (bypass road). I spent 120k for 1 night stay. Overall, it was scary, not comfortable at all.

We stayed for a night and paid for IDR 144,000 which is really a good deal for what we got. The room is spacious with air conditioning, hot and cold shower but the closet was a little dirty and not well functioning especially when you are flushing it. It is not a new hotel as the entire property might look like a hit running down but they are doing renovation part by part of the hotel. There is a small swimming pool by the entrance. If you are willing to try some local foods you can visit the night market next to the hotel and there are various kind of local foods that you can try there.

Worst hotel expirience ever. A true nightmare. First of all, the building was soooo old and poorly maintained, theres cracks everywhere on the ground, as well as equally as many stains. The place just seemed really sketchy. After we got our rooms, is where we relized how atrocious this place is. The rooms reeked, the bathrooms reeked, there was mold and dust everywhere. There were brown stains on the toilet seat, and stains on the mirror, as well as holes and stains on the pillows, blankets and bedsheets and my washroom door couldnt even close. Also, the key literaly broke, which they made us pay for LOL, as we tried to unlock the room (all this was room 5a). We complained and did get "upgraded" rooms (we had to pay extra, :/) we thought it would be better because of newer rooms, but it really wasnt. The molds, staines, holes and stench remained. Out of our two rooms, one had useless door, because even when locked it could be easily opened, and the other had no wifi!! Imagine paying for this... . There was also a bug problem in all of the 4 rooms we had visited, where we found many mosquitos, ants, and even a lizard on the wall. The only good thing about this hotel is the location (walking distance from market and the beach) and the price, but neither are worth the stay. To recap, this place is stinky, broken, dirty, old and never cleaned. I would stay away from this place.

I stayed here for two nights. They gave a room on the second floor and so much far from receptionist station and it's 21B room. It has dim light and the room is unclean with so much dusty everywhere. My feet became dirty when I walked in the room since probably they didn't mop the floor. It looks like old room and people rarely stay there so I felt spooky there. It has light blanket that I felt little bit freezing all night. I can't sleep there since I always heard termites on wooden-wall nearby the bedhead during the night. I can't do make up on the room since it's too dark for face. Probably because I pay about IDR 200K per night so they gave room with not suitable for use I think. I really upset and dissappointed with the condition of room. I saw there are some rooms which are better than the room I paid. Maybe it's so much higher price. I'll never come there anymore.

Soooo for this price point, you have to be realistic about what you're getting. I know this as well as any rational adult. The towl rack in the shower being broken wasn't a deal breaker, the AC not really working was something I could endure, the fact that the bathroom sink didnt actually turn off I could even live with... but I think it's reasonable to draw the line at water dripping from a moldy ceiling. I'll be honest, I didn't notice it when I first checked into the room. Dropped my things off and wandered down to the beach. Came back to the sound of dripping and thought the bathroom sink situation had taken some new unfortunate turn... no... it wasn't until I reached for the toilet paper and discovered it to be soaked through that I thought to look up... and discovered the attached picture... again, as reasonable adults, we can all look at that level of mold and know it did not happen overnight. The reparation, you ask? I was moved into the room next door that had 2 twins instead of the 1 queen I'd booked online. I can accept "you get what you pay for" but within a degree of reasonableness. This, friends, is beyond the pale. My room was 7B on the ground floor nearly furthest away from the desk so reviews talking about rooms on the second level being in an equal state of disrepair should paint a picture that staying here is a really rolling the dice. Oh and as a bonus, as I'm trying to bring this rant to a close, I discover that behind the closed curtains of my room a window is open so I shall be sharing an accommodation with representatives of the local mosquito population tonight.

Spooky property in poor condition. Bed without headboard. Dirty bed sheet and towel. No shampoo, no hot water, no blanket/bed cover, only one layer thin fabric cover. They even turn off the lights in the lobby to save power. There were 2 cockroaches in the room. Better avoid this hotel.

This hotel violates all hotel laws in hygiene and maintenence!! They know it but don't care at all and aren't even ashamed to let guests sleep in their rooms. The words 'extremely unhygienic' is still an understatement of how dirty the hotel and rooms in general is. Booked 4 nights, stayed 2 nights and even these 2 nights were too much and made me ill, and I usually don't get ill fast. The worst part are the aircon units that never seen any cleaning, there are brown stalactites formed from dust growing out of the filters. That's an infestation of bacteria gets blown into the air that you breathe in constantly. Not even mentioning the penetrating smell of it. You guaranteed get a lung infection of that!! Which I actually did. Unfortunately even cleaning the aircon units wouldn't solve all the other problems that are far to long neglected, so I didn't bothered asking them to do. The pictures of the standard rooms are misleading and are pictures from the superior rooms of - I guess 25 years ago - when they were still fairly newly refurbished. I immediately asked for an upgrade to a superior room, which I got straight away without any extra payment, so that assumes they are used to guests asking for this, but it didn't really improved the situation. There is zero maintenance done in the rooms, the paint is peeling off the walls, and not in small amounts, but half of some walls and ceilings are peeling off and are replaced with fungus growth. They 'clean' the rooms with a dirty old mop and brown/blackish water that goes from room to room, so instead of cleaning, they actually spread out all the dirt coming from the previous room into the other room, and that's going over all the rooms. After I saw that I immediately left a note in the room they didn't had to clean my room during my 'stay'. In short, this hotel is ready for demolishment, there's no chance a renovation will solve all the issues.

Very dirty: the bed sheets are filled with stains, the bathroom is indescribably dirty, hasn’t been cleaned in years. It smells moldy and like feces. The AC could not be turned off, meaning it was 16 degrees cold. Its a pity because the location would be nice, ans the hotel assistant July was friendly.

The staff are great and very helpful. The location is great too but I got the cheapest room and it was definitely the worst place I’ve stayed in I can’t really complain because it was so cheap. But water leaked from the ceiling and the wall in my room, it smelt like mould and the bed was really uncomfortable and smelly.

We reserved 4 rooms. THEY ARE ALL DIRTY. The sheets are dirty, we were thankful we stayed here only for 1 night. Worst night. Even upon our arrival, our first impression - unorganized, dirty and old fashioned. We had bad experiences. First, during check in - 2 rooms aren't ready. We reserved from online app and they showed how they were UNPREPARED. They said after 1 hour - they would inform us if they finished cleaning the rooms, but after 2 hours of 6 people waiting in 1 room, they DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO INFORM US. Second, the long waited rooms had WATER LEAKING issues and THE ROOMS WERE SOAKING. Molds everywhere. CRACKS EVERYWHERE. And since they didn't have any phone call - of course, nothing they could do to help. Third, my motorbike which I parked NICELY inside the parking lot were moved outside and all of my helmets were SOAKED from the rain that night. The security's slash night shift front office's response? Aawwwful. Fourth, THEIR POOL WAS AWFUL and DIRTY. THE PARKING LOT IS NOT SPACIOUS, so be ready to be knocked in the middle of the night to ask to move you vehicles. Think again if you're going to choose this.

Extremely dirty, me and my girlfriend were there for less than an hour before we bit the bullet and found a nicer slightly pricier place to stay. The room wasn’t even cleaned, dead flies and moths all over, we felt ill immediately. We read some reviews before arriving but thought must be an exaggeration, let me tell you, they weren’t lying. Infact they under described the situation and the overall filthiness. Highly would not recommend regardless of how cheap it is. Pay a couple extra quid and go find somewhere clean, that’s what we did!

My booking is from 6/12/2022 to 8/12/2022. Check in 6/12/2022 1pm+ Check out 6/12/2022 1pm+ Pls don’t book this hotel!!!! The room is dirty and old. Bedsheet is full of stain , the floor is full of hair. However, the they said they upgrade the room for us in the level one(the first room) for free… Fastest check out ever have. I rather waste the money. Then I read the comments on Google. There’s many people experiencing the same thing.

⚠️ Staying at this hotel was not a good experience! ⚠️ It seems like the hotel was nice when it was built maybe 20 years ago(?), but now it looks really old and not well taken care of. Even for just one night, it wasn't a good choice. The pool look good from far away but a close look made me wanna run away. The room felt old and not clean! Found lot of hair in the bathroom, old soap in the sink and a dirty (!) toilet. The floor was dirty, and I didn't even want to walk without shoes. The bathroom had woodenfloors for some reason, and it smelled bad, like old Urine. It was so unpleasant to use the bathroom: ( Overall, the hotel's condition is not good, and it made my stay uncomfortable. It's a reminder that hotels need to be kept up well over time. Nostalgia is nice, but a hotel should also be clean and wellmaintained. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable and clean place, but they have air-con so if you are really desperate at least you will not sweat during the night.

Worst place to stay at in all of bali, the rooms are filthy and old, the bathroom had stains all over the toilet seat, the bedsheets are paper thin and dirty, no blanket, don't have AC remote. Horrendous place overall, you will definitely regret staying there as i did. Avoid at all costs.

One of the best Family Spa in Denpasar Town. The therapist are well trained and has better massage skill compare to others. The price consider low compared to hotels and other spa at the quality they offered

They cancelled my booking at midnight just before I arrived Then gave me a deluxe room The place stinks massive bed bugs and dirty. Worse stay ever never leave reviews but highly recommend avoiding this place

We haven't checkout yet, however the staff kicked us out of the room before our checnout time (12PM) . Apparently they have sold our room to anothet guests.

Massage salon located in a beautifull old building. Decorated with antique original Balinese woodcarving statues and more. Had a wonderfull professional and refreshing massage.

Most affordable hotel for budget travellers. Location is just next to Sanur night market where fresh authentic Indonesian foods can be enjoyed! Sanur beach with great sunrise is also just 10 minutes walk! Really recomended place to stay!

It's too dirty. When we checked in, the sheets had not been changed and it smelled disgusting. The bathroom was not cleaned and there were stains on the walls. The water pressure was weak and the sink was clogged. I had to buy earplugs because it was constantly noisy.

At first, I underestimated this accommodation as this is such an old and outdated hotel. But apparently, I was super happy with this hotel and exceptional value for money for a solo traveller. I even extended my stay for another three days in this hotel. With 150k/day, I can get a room with a bed, AC, TV, table and chair, mini fridge, shower and even water heater! The staff are very welcome and accommodating. Don't forget the strategic location where anywhere around Sanur can be reached within walking distance. Don't bother about the limited TV channels and cloudy water in the swimming pool as you won't need it!

Highly recommend for an inexpensive hotel in a great location. I'm rating 5 star, not because it's a fancy place, but because it's great value for money, great atmosphere and every time I stay here (many times now), I make new friends (solo traveller). I recommend booking a higher grade room though. The standard rooms can vary, so I always book a higher grade room, it doesn't cost much more. Easy walk to Sindu Beach and right next door to Sindu Markets.

Old buildings with basic maintenance, the bathroom only provide hot water without cold water... I feel like boiled when need to shower, try to tell staff but seems like they said it is what it is..
