I won't stay at this hotel again. Not honest. I booked my room for a full/queen sized bed. When I arrived they said they made a mistake and only had twin beds. I didn't want a twin bed and I said they should upgrade my room so I can have a full sized bed. They said they would charge me another 100,000!!! But online it was only a 20,000 difference. Scammers! Wifi was slow. The toilet haven't been cleaned in weeks. Stained sheets.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! The rooms are absolutely DISGUSTING! Blood stained sheets, hadn’t been cleaned at all before moving in, the shower and sink rarely worked and when it did the water would run black for several minutes before turning clear. The management are liars! They cheat you into paying loads more money, always an excuse for not having the right type of room and advertise lower prices online then charge more in person. The staff that work there are incredibly rude! My friend also had her suitcase broken into by staff. Honestly the worst hotel experience of my life!

First room groundfloor at check in had broken cupboard, missing light bulbs and a broken AC that blew hot air. Changed to 3rd floor room, AC working but here as well, completely worn out interior. Good for one night to sleep only, nothing you want to stay longer

Booked the hotel whilst on a long trip. Had to move rooms 3 times because things kept breaking (conditioning, toilet, shower.) And on the last few days before I was about to leave, they attempt to steal from me! They have broken my suitcase, forced the lock on my padlock so I can’t get it off the case. Management are useless and I am still at the hotel now and they couldn’t care less to offer any help. I would not waste your money on this hotel. It’s really not worth the hassle!

I do not recommend this hotel. We were in the budget section, but this was way below budget and did not come close to its advertised amenities. First room was mouldy and stank, with no hot water. Asked to be put upstairs. Second room was fresher, but had no water, only boiling hot, which was impossible to shower under. Asked to change again as it was the fourth night of no shower. Moved back down stairs, where the water worked slightly better but the room stank and felt damp. Also the master keys to all the rooms were left on a hook in clear sight of everyone (which I pointed out to the manager). All the young staff were very polite and helpful, but the manager who has been here 25 years kept telling me that there was nothing wrong as he knew this hotel. I would not stay here again.

What can I say. Where do I start. Very old facility, I showered at the bidet because the shower have zero pressure. Also, you'd be lucky to lock the doors here. 😂 I walked past this place now, I still get ptsd from showering in the bidet

They were always happy to answer my questions and help me with anything I needed. They also made me feel welcome and at home.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und einem tollen Standort. Nahe dem Markt, an der Straße Touristen Shops, Restaurants und Bars. Nicht weit weg vom Strand. Wer nicht den größten Wert aufs Zimmer legt ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Zimmer wurden gerade teilweise neu renoviert. Tolle Preis Leistung.

As so many others have shared, they do not honor bookings made on any other sites if it is below the price stated at their counter, 175 000 idr for a standard room and 275 000 idr for a superior room. Overall, not clean. I paid for 4 nights on agoda for a basic room. Ended up staying just 2 nights.One night in a standard room and one night in a superior room. Superior room was much better, though shower area needs a good scrub.

Hello team OYO! Hereby I would like to file a complain about staying in your hotel. Depite booking was made with you at rate of IDR 130,000 per night, upon arrival we were surprised to hear from staff on reception that this proce is not valid because of an error in your system. They charged us IDR 175,000 and IDR 220,000 per room per night. Please have a look at pictures attached. Apart from that I shall inform you that room was in truly bad condition: dirty bathroom and towels, broken sockets, and congested sink. Staff didn’t appear to be friendly and advised that it’s not their problem at all, suggesting to write a complain to management and your good office. So please treat this message as an official complaint, carry out due investigation and provide me with report in your findings and actions. I would also like to claim the difference in prices booked and actually paid. Please have a look at bill that we paid for three rooms for two nights. Looking forward to hear from you soon. Really bad WiFi and service and like many others who have left reviews we were stolen from. When we brought this up with the staff they totally lied about it despite clear evidence of damages to suitcases and locks during forced entry. Really disappointing and so horrible to have people be so dishonest.

Booked online and paid online but they charge another 80k when i check in because they said OYO destroyed their price..and that's not my problem. 1 star is more than enaugh for this place.

The worst hotel in Indonesia. We paid already with the price that was written on Agoda. But they officer said the price was incorrect. When we checked in, they asked more money. It’s not recommended hotel to stay at.

beautiful hotel, however it was not very clean and would do with some refurbishment (bathroom). food (breakfast) was a bit disappointing.

What a wonderful stay we had! We stayed here for a week and everything was amazing. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff always done a great job maintaining the cleanliness and they always smile. The owners are super friendly. You should visit their restaurant. The food and beverages they serves are incredible and it is affordable too. Definitely will stay here again whenever we come back to Sanur.
