Very friendly service. Rooms are decent. Close to Sanur beach, at most five minutes walk. There is a bar and restaurant.

Tolerable depending on room price I stay here a lot but I get a really good room rate. If you paid $35 from booking websites you would be ripped off. Never yet have I experienced hot water.. The wifi is always broken, hit and miss so you can't rely on it. Next doors dog barks in the street through the night metres away from reception and the staff do nothing. Don't get me wrong the location is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They don't speak very good English though. The pool is nice and the bed is comfortable, the pillows are really bad though, fat and hard. I will stay here again but as a solo traveler, I usually bring ear plugs and buy internet data for my phone but only if I get for my cheap rate. If you are booking through an online site you can do a lot better.!!

I stayed in the room #2.6 second floor with no view. The room was damp and old, the water at the sink keep running as well as in the toilet. Water heater and aircon work well. However, the staff are really nice. They allowed me to change the room. So i move to room #2.4 with garden view and everything works well except the toilet flush. The location is very good, approx 100m to the beach. The restaurants and bars are nearby. Convenience store also walking distance.

Everything was broken, the door fell out, the cupboard door (looked like an antique) also fell out. Water in the toilet kept flowing. After showering, the water kept standing against the wall and in front of the toilet. The air conditioning stopped every night and could be turned on after some time, but then the temperature also had to be reset. Under the sink only rotten, visible, concrete. The pool dirty. I immediately reported the first day and a repair was supposed to be done but did not happen. Had booked for a month but left quickly on the 4th day. The owner also said that I should have complained on the first day, so he called me a liar🤬 Several people had complained. In short: not recommended, rather avoid!

Spacious room with fridge, 2 bottles of water, TV, hairdryer, spacious bathroom, hot water, terrace overlooking the pool, they survived the pandemic, more attention is needed in cleaning, there is not always someone who speaks English at the reception. But overall they are cooperative even though no one responded to my messages from the Agoda site. In short, even if they are kind, they could manage better.

Cheap but clean and comfort place to stay im Sanur. Always a nice stay in this property, getting better since my first stay here one year ago. Nice staff, good breakfast, always comfortable stay. Most guest ask for extend while we are here but room is always full. Cant wait for the bar near the pool to be open ! 😊

I booked this hotel from Tr*v*loka. The price was considerably cheap. The room was big and clean. The water heater and the AC and the internet were working properly. The hotel was safe. I forgot that I put everything out the night before (including my passport, cc and cash on the bed) then in the morning I went out in a rush. In the afternoon, when I came back, they had tidied up my room and everything was still in there. The breakfast was fine. They only provided 3 types of breakfast which you can pick from the menu. The location was walking distance to restaurants and local shops and Sanur beach. It was a lovely experience staying in here. I'll definitely come back again. 😄

Had booked to stay two night but left after the first night. No hot water, cockroaches in the bedroom and the bathroom was disgusting

Minimal security, cleanliness, and customer service...even for Bali standards. They don't have proper plumbing, or proper locks on the room doors. Stay somewhere else! The location is good, but there are many other options with just as good of location.

Only 5 minutes to the beach, but through an industrial and dirty alley. I liked the economy room more than standard. Good choice for breakfast. Free WiFi. Free water. Daily cleaning. Safety lockers at the reception.

Unacceptable. We had to ask them to clean our room over three times and they didn't come and I asked again. A lady who always hang out on the chair front desk she just doesn't care what their customers want but tries to sell us their tour programs only. We asked hot water to make our own soups that we already had, they put some hot water but it was hot at all(not even warm) so we asked, if we can use microwave and she said they dont have microwave and there was microwave right behind the door that we already saw but she was lying. So we just threw all our soup away because they put water already and didn't let us use their microwave. Avoid this place! -Cockroaches in the room -Disgusting bathroom -Dirty sheet (blood stain) -Disrespectful -AC is not even cold enough and it keeps shutting off every two or three hours.

Friendly staff, experience. The only hotel, which doesn't have a bedcover, make the sheets called bedcover😄
