Great hotel with reasonable price, good service and facilities. The breakfast is good, with wide selection of food. The view is exceptional and the beach is quite clean. The pool is good and clean. The spa is at reasonable price. Good things overall. The only downside is the management often seems to "threaten" customers and guests by putting signs that the hotel can charge an insane amount of money if the guests do this or that, for example, removing the room service menu from the room, smoking in the bathroom, taking breakfast meal outside of the breakfast site. Seriously you don't want to threaten your guests like that.

Staid at this hotel for new years night. The price for a room at the reception was 600.000, at agoda it was 400.000, but I was allowed to book agoda while sitting at the reception. The room was comfortable, the whole bali beach complex is government owned and managed. It shows. There is a need for maintenance in a lot of places. Still I like the place as it is spot on a beautiful stretch of the white sand Sanur Beach. However the 9 hole Golf Course at the back has been closed and will be replaced for an international hospital. So the healthy visitor can be substituted for a sick visitor easily

Very well kept place, the staff is friendly, the location is secluded which is very good for young family to enjoy their holiday. The room are little bit oldies and we have to change rooms because the air conditioner in our first rooms is not working properly, but the hotel staff do their magic at the middle of the night and transfer us into a new rooms in the next building and help us carry all our luggage the next morning. The room service foods is excellent! Very rare that we keep continuing ordering room service during our holiday. The prices are very reasonable and the food is fresh and hot. Definitely will come back again.

I was a bit worried coz I have read many reviews that said it's terrible to stay here because of old fashion style hotel, old equipments etc. But during my stay, I still love it, I can't regret the facility is old but the calm, quite, close to the beach for sunrise. It was great experience. I met a Dutch guy also then he felt the same things like me. Coz we only need for relaxing and quite time. The price is very affordable

Good location in Sanur Beach. Eventhough the furniture is quiet old but still good accomodation esp for family. By the way the when I stayed there there is a leak of air cond and not really good WiFi. But it's oke. Hope this lodge will be better. Thank you

The location is great for a quiet and peaceful holiday. The beach is beautiful but the sea is troubled by the tide. Breakfast is suitable for Asia and Europe. The landscaping is impressive. The rooms are quite big. The beds are comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms are old and need good cleaning. Do not be surprised by the location of the toilet. The air conditioner works very noisy. The room is really quiet if you don't operate the air conditioner.

Homey Big hotel, 5 ⭐️ Old building but well maintained, operated by Indonesian government, Inna. Very Balinese style Affordable Good for oldies, spend your retirement over there. Or family with kids. Much space to play around There are two big pools, golf course, private beach area. Breakfast just ok, nothing special. Superior rooms have not renovated yet, deluxe room already renovated the bathroom. They have Diamond Blue Chapel for weddings with sea view.

The hotel is a ghost of what I used to be, sadly. Although it has not been renovated in a while, it's still a lovely place to stay for the weekend. The pool was closed when we stayed there, which was not communicated to us in advance.

We stayed in a superior room and have had a lovely stay. The room was clean. The breakfast was a bit different but very nice still, you wont go hungry. The room was spacious and the room service staff were extreamly friendly and helpful. Aircon is old and a bit noisy but not that bad. The location is epic. Nice and quiet, suitable to all young and old. Right on the beach. Loads of places to eat in walking distances. Beds are clean and comfortable. No complaints from us we stayed for four nights.

A gracious older hotel in wonderful gardens, and just a little away from the business. It does need an upgrade, but the bones are still beautiful and hopefully will not be messed with. Being able to access all properties is a bonus because the sheltered, garden pool in the Grand is magical. The room service menu is amazing in its array and inventiveness, and really good value. As is the buffet breakfast.
