Kayu Sugih is now officially called Kayu Sugih Palace. it is indeed a palace to see. the accommodation is very centrally located, you first come from the main road through an avenue with bamboo where candles burn in the evening The owner and his staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are great. All this is highly recommended if you are in Sanur. An oasis of tranquility close to the beach.

A great place to relax and enjoy the quiet times in Sanur. Its location to great eating houses and cafes makes it a very good place to stay. The Guest house provides great room and very clean.. Breakfast is a real delight with fresh fruit and a choice of eggs, Pancakes or Indonesian breakfast..

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Great modern rooms spotlessly clean with a small pool. There are only 6 rooms so book in as soon as you can. Family run property with friendly staff and a great fresh breakfast. This property deserves to be full every night, it's a ripper.

Central location, you can walk to most shopping places, restaurants, beach. It's a two story building, rooms are on the first and second floor. Noise transmission withing the building is high, so if you are noise sensitive - ask for a room on the second floor. I stayed for 3 nights on the first, it was okay. Loved my breakfast - the pancakes, juice, fruit and coffee were fresh and tasty. The service was great! The owner Agung is a very kind and good man, he can definitely help you with anything you might need. The hotel is brand new and tastefully furnished. A good place to stay in Sanur! Enjoy!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, sparkling clean bathrooms, nice pool, convenient balcony and breakfast, 3 min walk to beach. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful 6 room hotel down a private driveway. Quiet, secluded with a lovely pool and attentive staff. The breakfast was good and the whole place was spotless. Many excellent restaurants nearby. I'm already planning to return!

Nice quiet place in center of sanur. Rooms are clean , breakfast very good. You'll need about 15 minutes to get to the beach

Very nice, quiet and clean. Gorgeous garden, hidden from the main road. The girl who worked there was very friendly, helping us out with planning our fast boat to Nusa Lembongan. Only be aware that there is no direct easy access to the beach and you'll have to walk for about 10 min.

Amazing place. Everything has been renovated. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are amazing and the breakfast is delicious! Would definitely recommend!

Only 250m walk to the beach, great location in Sanur! Beautiful small, relaxing and peaceful hotel. Staff are incredibly kind, helpful and good english speakers. Absolutely loved the gardens!!! Rooms were lovely, clean and enough space for a couple. Bathroom was very modern, great water pressure and complimentary toiletries. Lovely to sit by the pool, and enjoy the water. Would happily stay here again at Kayu Sugih Palace. Thank you Maggie & John

this place is a real escape from urban life. a true natural guest house. I would like the stay again. also nice breakfast. All the stuffs and mamager were very well behaved.

Nice place to stay in Sanur. It is located on the main road, but in a backyard. So the guesthouse is very quiet, and also close to the downtown. The family who manage the place is very helpful. The breakfast is well served. So for a stay in Sanur, this is a good place

lovely hosts, very clean place with beautiful garden and pool. very quiet but close to the main spots of Sanur. 10mins walk to the beach front. The only thing bothered me was there plastic bottles in the room. They can replace them with reusable glass bottles and water dispenser in the corridor to refill.

Beautiful Indonesian garden and pool, clean rooms with full set of toiletries, an sanctuary to come back to after bumming around. Would come back here again if I could 😂
