A Relaxing Stay at Hotel Restu Bali in Kuta Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Restu Bali in Kuta, and my experience was truly remarkable. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location, right in the heart of Kuta, made it incredibly convenient to explore the area's attractions. The staff at Hotel Restu Bali went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in process was smooth, and any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the stunning view from my window. The hotel's attention to detail in room amenities and decor truly enhanced the overall experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu of local and international dishes, all prepared to perfection. The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each day, featuring a variety of fresh and delicious options. Hotel Restu Bali also boasts impressive facilities, including a relaxing pool area where I spent some leisurely afternoons. The spa services were a rejuvenating treat, and I left feeling completely relaxed and pampered. The proximity of the hotel to Kuta's famous beach and vibrant nightlife added to the overall allure. Whether I wanted to spend a day on the sand or explore the local shops and markets, everything was just a short walk or drive away. In conclusion, Hotel Restu Bali provided an exceptional experience during my time in Kuta. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location makes it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. I can't wait to return for another memorable stay.

I booked a deluxe room at this 3 star hotel and was excited for my nice accommodations; they did not deliver. The grounds are beautiful and the location is great, but this is more of a 1 or 2 star hotel than a 3 star hotel. The staff is friendly (make sure to add the hotel on WhatsApp). The pools couldn’t be used at all when I stayed there because they were cloudy and not cleaned, which is a bummer because I planned to use them. The rooms are in need of deep cleaning and general maintenance. They also need cleaning protocols because my room had dirty cups and glasses in it when I arrived and the floor wasn’t even swept. I didn’t feel comfortable in the room and did my own cleaning when I was supposed to be on vacation. I generally have positive experiences at hotels because I get what I pay for. Overall, this hotel put a damper on my trip, and I am frustrated by that. I discussed all of this with the manager in detail, and they allowed me to upgrade my room to one that was still in bad condition but slightly cleaner, more spacious and with more furniture. I tried to work out a partial refund with the hotel because I didn't get what I paid for, but they only agreed to give me back $20 USD. :( Maybe the hostel section is better, but I can't recommend getting a room here.

Positive: -The pool area is really beautiful. A good place to hang out and chill -The hotel is located in the middle of Legian. You either hate if or love it, because there is a lot going on in this area. We liked it because you have countless options to go for dinner or have a drink somewhere. Luckily you can barely hear the noise from the street in your room. - The staff is very friendly Negative: - The rooms do not look like on the pictures on Google. The furniture and the room itself looks quite old and used already. Furthermore, it seems that the bathroom is not getting cleaned. There are stains everywhere and it looks dirty in general. - They offer breakfast but unfortunately it is not good. I rather went to some restaurants nearby to eat. - Unfortunately, the staff does not speak much English.

The room is neat and clean, bathroom is pretty clean too. There are two swimming pool inside the hotel, the environment of the hotel is good. The breakfast is delicious and have many choices of food. All of the staff are pretty good and friendly but the reastaurant staff is not that friendly. The place also near with busy street and have many places to hang around or to buy stuffs. You have to walk down the street for about a kilometer to arrive in Kuta beach.

Horrible. We have requested two deluxe room double bed. We received one room double and one twince beds on the opposite side of the hotel. This supposted to be "deluxe". Dirty. Air coin old and noisy. Shower broken and dirty. Bathroom so old and creepy. Nothing like the photos. They said there is balcony. Not true we have only a small window. TV so old, very different to the one shown in the pictures. We have ants and insect in our room... The location is spot on. But I will never come again!!!!!

One of the best hotels to stay in Legian.. it's a pretty old hotel, but it has a strategic location and all the basic necessities, clean & comfortable room, quiet environment for good sleep, bathtub with decent hot water, and a good enough AC.. sure some other hotels can give you a better experience, but personally, it's good enough for me... Disclaimer: can't really comment on pricing since it's owned by my relatives and we got discounted rates, but it's still on the cheaper side...

Best hotel we've been so far. Booked a dormitory but the manager gave us a private room. Extended 4 times so we stayed here almost 2 weeks. Most friendly staff ever, nice pool, nice food, clean and comfortable. 100% recommend!

The location is great in the centre. I took the dormitory for a night. Omg, the toilet is outside. It's for the public too. So it's not comfortable. The curtain of my bed is transparent.

Decent mid range hotel close to the essentials of Bali. Somewhat dated but clean and tidy. On a budget, a decent option. I'd strongly advise against booking with Agoda. They use out of date 'newly added' photos as opposed to 'newly taken' photos, knowningly deceiving customers, as I have made recent photos of properties sold on Agoda, and sent them to Agoda. They sent me their legal guff 'we take no responsibility...' and continue misleading customers with their out of date 'newly added photos' A deplorably dishonest company. They have also left me stranded in KL at night with no room, no local SIM, no local currency... then offered $60 for cancelling whilst I was actually in the air en route! Shockingly disgusting company. AVOID USING AGODA AT ALL COSTS!

Shared room and bathrooms are very dirty, there were hairs on bed sheet, not hot water at shower. I don’t recommend at all. I didn’t have experience with private room.

Large rooms with huge pool in the center of Legian. It's centrally located (besides The One Legian), a short walk from Bali Bombing Monument and a 8-10 minute walk to the beach beach. It is accessible to a wide range of restaurants and supermarkets. I love that the rooms is far away from the main street so you can have a nice, peaceful sleep. The room is huge, and had amenities like TV, mini fridge, kettle, coffee and teas.. It's really a relaxing stay. The pool is huge and I had a blast night swimming. It gets deep and you can have a nice swim during the day . For the price I paid which is about 15 USD per night, I am very satisfied. I highly recommend this accommodation if you want to stay in Kuta/Legian area.

The hotel is not good enough. I stay for 3 night on the first day I upgrade the room in to higher, but the price is so expensive. After I upgraded the room is pretty good the towel is not good to use and there was a hole in the middle. I late check out about 30 minutes , but the operator call me at 12.30 that I shoud be hurry go check out if I am not stay again. Even five stars hotel never ever like that. Anyway I never come back again to this hotel. The pool is so beautiful in the internet but is opposite with reality. There's a caption on that day I check out "the swimming pool is under repaired". The staff is good and friendly. The aircon is good. The location is close to the beach, but the facilities is need improvement. The building is old and need a lot of repair. Especially the lowest price room I didn't recomended.

One of the very fine places to stay in legian. The first room they gave us didn't have air conditioning properly but on complaint they promptly shifted us to another room. Swimming pool is the highlight. It is with very clear water and awesome structure. very silent and relaxing place.
