RUN! Seriously, I couldn’t spend more than an hour there. First of all the place looks abandoned- nothing like the nice pictures on Agoda or other booking websites. The room was full of spiderwebs and spiders, silverfish on the walls(those insects that eat clothes), and when I opened the bathroom door it was SO STINKY! I couldn’t keep the bathroom door opened because of the horrible smell. The bedsheets had stains on it, and the whole room was dirty. When I told the receptionist she didn’t care and didn’t look surprised, so I left after an hour from check in. Sad.

Sadly the Room was not as clean as in the Pictures... Paint is coming off the Wall everywhere, the toilet was smelling really really bad, no hot water for the shower. Sadly I cannot recommend and would not come again. Location was pretty good as the Mall is 2 mins by foot.

A quaint 2-star hotel with a swimming pool, air conditioned rooms, free water refills, and friendly staff. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms spacious and tidy. The water from the shower doesn't get very warm but this is really a problem in sunny Bali. The water pressure is very powerful. All rooms have balconies and the ground floor rooms open straight onto the swimming pool. A great hotel for relaxing and enjoying the sun.

They made me sleep in a fan-only ac stinky smelling dull room on my very first night in the island of heaven "Bali". The desk boy Firman was nice and good. I vacated the room by the next morning just after I got up. Nothing in the room was cleaned before providing as the basin was all glued with dirt and the bathroom pipes were in matt finish by the remnants of something that you don't want to think about. The pool was like a street drainage in colour. The bedside drawer had some oil on it. Overall, the first i badly needed a "zero" star for the room in Gmaps!!!

For all of you who want to stay here, please think again, check the reviews before staying here. My first & last experience staying at this hotel. Don't be tempted by cheap prices, because where there is a price there must be quality. The AC is not cold, the bathroom smells, there are no toiletries and dirty towels. The receptionist is not there, so it is very difficult when you want to complain. I stayed here during New Year 2024 VERY NOT WORTH IT.

Cannot early check in. We waiting at 12.00pm until 2.00pm and then at that time reception not in place, we waiting again until she's coming, I think about half an hour. And then after she's coming we can check in. It's like finally, we can rest. But, once in front of the room, it turns out the room is NOT READY. What I'm asking, how can the room not be ready, while the time needed to wait has been very long???? Howw??? What they doing at that time??? It's very very make us dissapointed. I hope it can be further improved for the service system. Because it is unfortunate if the room is good, there is a swimming pool, clean,and cheap price but the service is very lacking. I'm sorry , i just give you 2 stars.

the picture of the room given does not match what is advertised, the room is smelly and humid, and the bathroom smells even hot water is not available, the walls are not maintained and there are many leaking spots from the roof, the bed linen is dirty and smells bad like it hasn't been washed, even the door lock is very difficult to open (I was locked for 2 hours because the door could not be opened and there was no reception number that could be contacted), I don't recommend you to stay here, but for the location I think it's strategic. it's a pity that a hotel with a strategic location is very poorly maintained.

this is a hotel that has a bad impression while i'm in Bali, i only stay for 1 nights and got a bad room, the room has not well maintained, the bathroom are so dirty (there's the cockroaches, omg i hate it) the shower, sink, tv, refrigator, side lamp didnt works at all, i think the only good things from this hotel is there is a nice swimming pool.

The worst experience ever! I sent multiple messages for info but only one automatic message responded without obviously resolving my doubts. At check in a lady quickly handed me the keys without showing me where to go and disappeared. I found the room...I have to say that all the negative reviews are absolutely deserved. Balcony lights not working, power sockets almost disconnected, fridge turned off and dirty, bed perhaps washed but with badly smelling and stained sheets, unspeakable walls, mold from ceiling to floor, glass and mirrors with clearly visible white streaks therefore cleaned with dirty rags , dirty or stained, badly smelling towels and carpets, dirty bathroom in need of renovation, without toilet paper or soap. Let's say that the structure has potential if it were taken care of! It looks like an abandoned building and nothing like what you see in the photo! Honestly, for that price, despite being cheap, you can find better. To make sure I didn't miss anything, I asked a guy at the reception if he had a socket for my phone, he came to the room because he didn't understand what I needed, he bothered me by trying to kiss me. He apologized several times and I let it go but obviously I didn't have a good night. I don't recommend a stay here to anyone, much less a solo girl. I don't think the other rooms are better but I haven't seen them. I'm sorry, I never leave negative reviews but this place really blew me away. The area is also poor in services, only a mini mini market front and an open corner Korean BBQ in the evening.

The lookation was really nice. Sadly i have to say, oure room had black mold and was a bit smelly. Also oure bed sheets had some stains, we asked if they could be changed, but they did not. The pool was really nice and well maintaind. Next time, i will resaerch better and if neccessary will also spend some more.

Cheap Old Hotel just for sleep, the bed its good. I got small refrigirator not minibar cooler, terrace , freeflow mineral water from the dispenser, wifi tv local n pool. Minus the wall look humid and the bathroom clean but not to maintance

I was there for 3 weeks. My wife asked the staff how they cleaned the bathroom as they had no detergents; " We just wipe the toilet with a pillow case or sheet" Staff spoke Zero English and it seemed the pool was segregated at times.(pool was green for first week and unusable) when I stayed 3 years ago they had a few friendly staff who spoke English Now I think this hotel is now only aiming at domestic market only My rating is generous as it was pretty cheap and some staff were friendly.

Staff was nice, but the hotel is old and in extremely poor condition. Pool was green and unswimmable. Rooms were smelly. Sink drained into the bathroom and made everything stink. The first room they gave me smelled of smoke, the second had mold all over the sheets and pillow before I asked for replacements. It was disgusting.

The hotel was booked with Oyo rooms for high season Lebaran, last minute they called me to say there's an additional high season charge at check in, or offers refund but of course it is no longer possible to find the same price elsewhere at last time... Oyo really needs to take care of those dishonest hotels....

lower your expectation if you see those beautiful pictures of this property on the internet. Cheap but not worth it. Cheap because of discount doesn’t mean your property give your costumer a poor experience.

Not great, but not bad enough. One thing I like about this hotel is that it's close to everywhere. Many facilities are not working, AC, TV, lights and hot water. And don't expect too much.
