It's
a
worse
service
ever!
the
woman
who
called
herself
the
owner
is
have
very
bad
attitude!
not
polite,
makes
me
uncomfortable.
I
was
stay
for
a
night
with
2
friends.
JUST
FOR
A
NIGHT,
bc
it
was
already
late
and
we
have
to
go
to
our
office
in
early
morning
in
the
next
day.
we
re
already
feels
bad
when
the
staff
still
questioning
us
abt
how
many
people
will
stay
in
our
room.
at
first
I
think
they
ask
us
abt
it
to
make
sure
that
it
will
be
uncomfortable
if
we
stay
in
a
small
room
with
3
peoples
in.
but
after
the
staff
keep
questioning
us
abt
it,
we
re
thought
that
something
wrong
happened
here.
the
room
is
just
like
common
"indekos"
in
bali,
and
there's
no
special
thing
abt
it.
even
my
own
room
is
larger
than
their
room.
and
the
uncomfortable
thing
happened
in
the
next
morning.
when
we
re
abt
to
check
out,
a
middle
aged
woman
come
to
us
with
anger
in
her
face,
questioning
abt
how
many
people
in
the
room,
WITHOUT
MANNER.
she
told
us
to
pay
for
an
extra
bed
with
IMPOLITE
way!!
she
treat
us
like
we
re
not
capable
to
pay
more
for
the
extra
bed,
speak
loud
in
front
of
our
room,
and
made
us
feel
ASHAME,
as
if
we
re
stay
there
and
didnt
pay
for
anything!
there
re
the
other
guest
rooms
arround
us,
and
the
wall
isn't
soundproofed!
it's
not
the
first
time
I
stayed
in
a
hotel/hostel/villa.
even
a
bigger
hotel
like
Grand
Inna
Bali
Beach,
Crystal
Hotel,
Harris
Hotel,
Everyday
Hotel,
Amaris
Hotel,
etc,
and
many
other
hotels
in
Yogyakarta
and
Jakarta
never
treat
me
this
way
when
I
stayed
in
their
room
with
my
friends.
I
really
disappointed
with
the
way
she
treat
us
like
criminals.
even
speak
with
her
staff,
disgracing
us
(as
she
keep
complaining
abt
the
extra
bed
with
anger)
with
balinese
language
(as
she
think
we
didn't
understand
what
she
said).
it
would
be
better
if
she
come
to
us
to
told
us
with
manner.
Only
75K
for
extra
bed,
and
we
re
treated
like
criminals.
