NO HOT WATER? Hmmm OK. NO SHOWER? WHAAATT??? Do we even have to shout for hotel staff to turn on the push pump so we can take shower?

Already paid my rooms but my booking was cancelled. I booked it via an app. I checked in late but I've told the hotel that I'll come late. By the time I arrived, they already sold my rooms and they told me there was an error in the app but that doesn't make any sense since I've confirmed and told them I'll come late. And there were other families that booked in the app were also cancelled because the hotel sold theirs too. That was not professional.
