Service was good and the place is quite affordable. I rate 3 star as my friend was bitten by bed bug, for 2 days straight. First day we have made a complaint but they only change the bed sheets. 2nd day, they have apologize not only from 1 but 3 staff and gave us a new room with a complimentary breakfast the next day. They told that they are unable to change the room on the first day as they are full house. All in all it was good 👍🏽

the price is really what you get which is...sleeping with BED BUGS! at first i thought it was only some, but then when i went to sleep, i got itchy & saw bed bugs crawling on my clothes!. i had to kill them with tissues & ask for a cleaner room at 2 AM. thankfully there was an available room for me to sleep for couple of hours. even though the staff are nice & helpful, the room is something you would ask yourself whether to really spend a night here. 24H tea & coffee in the receptionist. tv working just fine. room was dirty(dusty) like it wasn't prepared/clean in advance for a guest to stay, weird smell of the bed sheets, again BED BUGS. electricity plug only one! AC was fine. shower pipe has weird smell. hot shower was fine as well. the room number was 208. & ask for a cleaner room & moved to 206.

Their service was good. My bed covered in bed bugs, even i found some of them are bigger. No hot shower is a minus. We stayed in a dorm which located near the lobby, and its so noisy outside. The receptionist play music so loud !

Ok guys, lets be real here! We are in Indonesia, A unique beautiful country but not all infrastructure is built like western and European countries. For the price of this hostel, the stay is fabulous. Free tea and coffee and day around! Rooms are clean large and comfortable with security curtains on each bed. Lockers for each individual. The offer a cheap laundry service. There is a well stocked bar and chill out area AND a great pool with tanning beds. I will be back!

Please for your own wellbeing and for the next hostels you're going to visit, do not go here. I know, it's cheap, but it's not worth the awful night you're going to have. I wanted to took a nap in the late afternoon, but the music from their cafe was a bit too loud. Suddenly feeling something crawling on my nape. It was a small bug. I tried to shrug it off but it kept coming again (I purposely tried not to kill it). I got the upper bunk bed in the female dorm and the wood railing planted to the concrete base was a bit damaged that made it looks like it could fall off anytime when being hold. (I already told them about this) The music went on until around 11pm. The common room was a part of the cafe they have at the front part of the building. Later that night, I heard my roommates discussing about bugs on their beds. As soon as I heard that, I could feel something crawling on my skin again. It was a tiny red bug (apparently bed bug). I tried to remove it and I was a bit worried to go to sleep. In the next morning, I ordered fried rice for my breakfast. It was freshly cooked and tasted good. It came with a glass of orange juice as well. Unfortunately another female staff who's on duty that morning wasn't that friendly. She didn't make any rude gestures though. When I checked out that day, I already told the staff about the bugs problem. Hopefully they have it solved as soon as possible. Overall, the place is nice if you don't bother the loud music from the cafe 🙂

We stayed here for 3 nights in a private twin room, when we arrived the staff were friendly although very strict on check in time. Baring in mind we had just spent the last two hours debugging our clothes/bags etc it seemed a little unreasonable! The location of the hostel is good and the pool is nice with comfy sun beds and without the unhelpful staff, awful smells, limited air con and serious bed bug infestation it could be a nice place to stay! Ps. Even the sofa in the reception area is infested..
