Look, it is not a 5 stars place but there are a lot of wrong words in reviews. That is why I would like to give it 5. I stayed for 2 days and I had only a good experience with a staff. Yes, there are same problems you could expect in low-budget places and some maintenance could be improved, but I enjoyed my stay.

They rob tourists here. Front staff and housekeeping watch when you leave and take your valuables in your room. they work together. Stay away!!!!!

Arrogant staff, no attitude at all. Come to here to visit old friend that stayed in this “hotel” and then their staff think I slept with my friend (for note: 1 room max 2 people) I tried to tell those staff with my booking card in another hotel and still want to give my friend “extra cash”. I was labeled as liar in front many people, kinda sad those Hotel to accused us with no legit proofs. Shame on you Hope they will improve for better one

Good place and good price. Only 600 metres from Kuta beach, you can walk to beachwalk mall as well.

Very economic hotel in Kuta. Single room, free breakfast. The staff is very kind and helpful. The pool is very clean. Location is great, at the center of the kuta. If you are landing bali, this should be your first place to visit.

Close to beach and central Kuta location but the bathroom was in terrible conditions, wouldn’t mind warned out furniture but it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned between stays. Pillows smelled as well. I’m these price range I stayed in better places. But otherwise is all good.

Very good and comfortable hostel with separated rooms-little houses. And there breakfasts included. Close to the beach with underwater States. Good place!!

Great price, very central to everything, could be a bit cleaner and have hot water but shower's are tollarable as its hot all the time and cold shower is nice.

Very Good Budget Hotel. I stayed there from 22 February to 25 February with my family. The standard AC room was specious, Clean. The hotel staff were cooperative. There is a swimming pool. Toilet was clean.

Awful.... Just awful... I don't know where to start I checked out 3 days early after only booking 4... There's and idea.. 😐 the staff are rude the bed was awful for my back never mind the cigarette burns in it... The insects all over in the room... Writing all over walls.... I imagine it's close to a prison over here... There's more but haven't got time to type it all... I think it's worth paying that little more for the comfort You get in return... I will leave with you to decide...

The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the location. It is in the heart of Kuta, yet tucked away enough for some quiet time. The hotel staff seems unenthusiastic. It took an hour to get to our rooms because they had lost or forgotten about my reservation, which I booked a month in advance. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room was a little frightening. yellow, brown, and a variety of colored stains on the bedsheets. The rough blanket, not covers, had several cigarette burns. And the bathroom was littered with stains, grime, and mosquitos. I wouldn't recommend this place, even though the location is really good.

Great place to stay! We arrived at the airport and this Hotel was our first place to stay during our Bali Trip. You cant wish for more and the price for a room per night are absolutley fine, actually more than that. The Owners are super friendly and very obliging. We could leave our heavy luggage in a seperated room so we could travel different places with less luggage. You get an nice breakfast till 11 in the morning. The rooms are clean and you can sleep well because of an Ventilator and a air condition. There is also a very nice pool. You can rent a scooter next door just ask the reception and you have enough parking places in front of your door. The Hotel is in a small street only for this Hotel and you can relax there because it is very quiet. In summary, we were glad to stay there and if we ever will stay in Kuta again this will be our first place to stay. Thanks to the owners for a great start in Bali
