Would no reccomend, me and 4 friends paid for the fast ferry back from Gili T through the Bali Ferries website, boat to Gili T was fine, on time, boat back from Gili T was jot fine, no fast Ferry available, not given any reason why, had to get a small boat across to a bus for a 2 hour drive to a slow ferry where we waiting 3 hours to board and leave the docking station, which took 5 hours to get to Bali. This was not the service we had paid for. Our 3.5 hour journey turned into a 13 hour travel journey. Wasn't given any option regarding staying in Gili T for another night and getting a fast boat the next day which we would have done, wasn't given any explanation or communication. When emailed Bali Ferries they stated there was nothing the would do. Had to email them 2/3 times before getting a response. Refusing to take responsibility for their lack of communication and paying for a service which was not provided.later gave the excuse of poor weather conditions , however after 3 non stop rainy days I'm Gili T this was the best day of Travel. Wouldn't book through Bali Ferries, not worth the hassle.

The fast boat was amazing, very well operated. The only problem was our drop off that had a little misunderstanding, the driver told us that he could drop us off at hotel and then he was concerned about heavy traffic on Kuta area and then told us to jump there that would be few meters before but to be honest was 2 km with 2 heavy camping backpacks. Thank you so much anyway.

The boat is good and fast. Getting in and out is the problem. There is no dock and the sand has many many rocks and corals. You will get wet knees down. The crew is awesome and they'll do the best they can to help. It's pretty fair. I'll do it again.

Connection between all Islands without problem, fast and with little entertainment video on board. Only the way people waiting while others get their baggage back needs to be improved. There is not enough space to handle all the tourists

The timing is amazing as the ferry company was never late, but getting luggage off the small boat was awful as you had to carry your luggage on to the sandy beach which at times was very dirty and unsafe. You could easily have injured yourself from the stones in the water and there was even dog poo that was on the drop off point. Carrying heavy luggage for the elderly would be extremely difficult however the staff on the boat were always willing to help which was appreciated. Overall a good service and they are doing what they can with what they have which is understandable. They really should build a wooden path or something to help with the luggage issue. Overall would recommend this ferry company. It’s very fast and they are very helpful.

Company (Maruti Express) could not find the reservation. Waited 45 minutes at the desk and missed the boat. Never again.

The ferry operated by Arthamas from Sanur to Jungutbatu Beach was a great experience, they stick to the schedule and their team carries your luggage from the sand to the boat so I know now that I will travel as light as possible next time because it is such hard work. Thank you so much for your excellent work!

The booking process is pretty smoother. Boarding pass issue from boat office at Padang Bai was smooth.

Never use this company to get a ticket. I bought a ticket to Lembongan, and the ferry was cancelled due to bad weather. I tried to get a refund, contact them, it’s nothing. They are completely ignoring me. I’m sure they are fine, if nothing happens. But just keep it in mind that you will never get a money back for the ferry which did not even operate.

Great place to just sit and watch how to run a ferry terminal - on a sandy beach! These guys have it wired. Fast and efficient The 1500 horsepower boats are something too. Fantastic travel experience. Why fly?
