Me and my friends were booked 3 bedroom private villa to enjoy our New Year Eve. My friend did all accomodation booking through the Agoda. On picture and description were mention 3 bedroom with pool, private villa. When we were arrived and cheked in, we shocked due to there’s another guest have been stayed in one of 2 bedroom villa and we are together in one area. Pool is NOT PRIVATE but share with the other guest. This was out of our expectation. That is NOT PRIVATE VILLA. We got an explanation by the owner, firstly she is realy not polite but after that calm down. They offered us to use swimming pool in the other area, as well as use a billiard. We don’t want to ruin our new year eve. We just accept their offering. We are NOT USE POOL and BILLIARD at all, because still feel not privacy, those all located in lobby area. Not good solution at all from the villa side, no compensation. DEFINITELY WE ARE DISSAPOINTED! . To all of you who want to book villa in Big Pienapple, makesure you are not reserve the villa that sharing in one area, because the villa in Big pineapple Is NOT PRIVAT VILLA, that is sharring villa. 3 bed room and 2 bedroom are in one area with only 1 swimming pool to be shared. Point Plus - the woman staff so helpful and nice person. NOT COME BACK ANYMORE

Stay for one night and never back again. We had to pay extra 500k just for our family visiting us and they not even stay with us, we paid it but never gonna back again to this villa, no tissue, kitchen are broken dirty bathroom the door was stuck, Ac is not cold, dirty swimming pool, dust everywhere, there are lots of more cheaper villa better than this. Thanks

I showed up at 7 p.m and no one was at the hostel. It was pitch black and I luckily found some of the other people staying in the hostel next door in the pool. The whole place is under construction and really should not be open currently. I woke up to the sound of hammering... Once it is finished it should be a nice hostel, but for now I would suggest staying elsewhere.

Shower was cold no hot water at all. They were doing constuction starting 8am till 7pm. So hopefully you like waking up earlie. Not really close to anything. Not much to do around. Walls are paper thin. Beds not very comfortable. Shower/toilet was outside so a lot of bugs flying around. Staff was polite. Breakfast was ok. Was omlete amd coffee..did not try pool. Looked ok

Budget villa, ambiance good, but inside not perfect, they need to modify many things, overall ok for price

Just a good place, basic stuff but okay. I especially liked the swimming pool. (When I was here it was very quiet in Bali, so we had a pool party with just two of us.) Why 1 star less? Because the women(s) at the reception couldn’t speak english. Normally I don’t care, but it is a very big international hostel...

Good, clean rooms, great price, Mia the lady owner was really friendly and. But the guy who runs it made us feel a bit un easy. Also his kid was around the pool the whole time we were and kept throwing our things in the pool! It's also a bit out of the way.

I never actually stay overnight but I visited a friend who stayed there, it looks nice with a lot of communal spaces and a little pool. Check in and out is easy and quick. It's a bit far from the town and quite far from the beach though, you have to walk across two main busy streets.

Room 4 has 6 good beds and has a good clean bathroom outside the room. The hostel is clean, staf is friendly and they serve nice breakfast included. I slept in room 10 before wich has less privacy and is more noisy

The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean. The bathroom is outside so did notice a couple of bugs. The place has a nice atmosphere.

Very nice staff - they let me check-out a few hours later than normal because it was better for me

You should 100% avoid this place! I took this place as last minute resurce due to a motorcycle accident I had on my right foot. Let me tell you, the reviews you see on this platform and Hostel World are not real. 1. The guest is agrassive to say least. She open and gets in your door room for no reason. 2. In order for you to be able to leave the place, you will need to pay 50,000rp just for the key. 3. They will make you pay for broken/old items. Good luck if you tell them you won't, since the manager will call and text you 5 times every 5 minutes. 4. The hostel polices are made to trick you and get you to pay as mich as possible. The entire place is empty (I mean this for real) and you want to use a extra pillow? You can't since they only wash the convers once every month and they need to keep them as clean as possible (I saw them giving a new guy my bed without washing anything). Again, up to you guys if you want to put money in business like this one. I know the owner/manager will know who I am if she read this review and I hope she do. That's why I use a picture of my face on this post.

Avoid this place. Why? 1) it took 20 minutes for them to find our booking 2) the room smelt TERRIBLE - it was unbearable. 3) windows in the room wouldn’t close 4) tried to charge us extra for an AC room which is the same price on hostelworld 5) the place is completely empty 6) pool was very dirty we decided not to check in and we went somewhere else
