Very disappointing stay! The pictures are very misleading! The room was extremely damp and quite dirty! The bathroom tap did not work! The bed, duvet and pillows were also very damp and not clean! Do not recommend!

I decided to try a homestay in Bali based on the reviews I saw on Agoda, but there were several drawbacks. The room was clean, but the hot water was inconsistent, and there was a musty smell. The wardrobe door was loose and about to fall off. The staff was unfriendly and seemed more interested in brushing off issues rather than resolving them promptly. The rented car was quite old, and the helmets had an unpleasant odor. The view was beautiful, and there was a small pool, although it wasn't very clean. The evening atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. The location was quite far from the city center, so it's important to consider if you're not fluent in English or adept at using technology for navigation.

Dirty Bed included. Our sheets as well as towels didn't seem to be washed before. On top of that, our window was not lockable so that strangers could have entered our room easily. When we went to the staff to find a solution, he (I think his name was Buddih) wasn't really able to speak english and just pointed to the CCTV. Well, I insisted on new sheets as the old ones would not be imaginable. As a result, the receptionist would call his friend, which we eventually saw hanging around their phones 15min later. At this point I expressed my anger about the situation which led to a room upgrade (So, 1 Point for the staff nevertheless). Our happiness should dissolve quickly, as the bigger rooms were not even close to being clean: stains and dirt on the bed as well as some large insects behind our pillows. At this point we decided to simply leave this place. Never again! Result: Location good, nice garden (and CCTV I hope) but dirty rooms, check out other reviews especially on Booking regarding this aspect.

Nice environment, staff are so friendly. My room is okay. Just clean and tidy! They do have kitchen for guests as well. But a little bit messy. But it's fine for me. Since there's so many guests checked in here (the time i was staying here) So yguys are able to cook anytime even in the middle of the night 😁 This is the cheapest hotel so far in Bali. I guess so~ highly recommended for solo traveler like me!

Good price for amenities offered such as air con and hot water. Beautiful Balinese style found in the property. I was concerned when I left my important things like money in the safety box after I have checked out but they have put everything aside for me to pick up. So I really appreciated it!

Nice place with a little touch of Balinesse exterior. I booked with Traveloka and got 2 room with the cheaper price. The room was clean. But the floor was a little bit sticky. One room have a useless closet (it can not be flushed). I love the room facilites. AC, vanity with a lil mirror, cupboard, floating desk, etc. I dont have any problem with receiptionists. There was cost for early check in. This cottage have rental car and motorcycle but i was not used it. Most of all, i love this place.

Very cosy. Internet was a bit spotty at times. Friendly staff. Hot water in the bathroom takes a while to figure out. Easy walk to many restaurants and stores. Beautiful common area. Really great value.

The location is very strategic, in the Kubu Anyar area 2 km from the airport and 2 km to Kuta beach. There are many mini markets near here, there are also many places to find food. The facilities at this inn are complete, swimming pool, water heater, a shared kitchen, and fast wifi. For those who want to rent a motorbike, they can also serve, laundry is available, but for parking lot is limit, for car parking is in the street, not in the inn parking space.

Disgusting rooms. Incredibly loud karaoke next door. Left for the airport at 2am because we couldn't take it any more. We weren't supposed to leave until 11. Do not recommend in the slightest

Cheap rooms (for a reason) beds are really uncomfortable and β€œspringy” , a few bed bugs and dead mosquito stains on the wall. Barely any water . Staff was okay … not the best service but did the bare minimum . Outside pool area is nice but that’s about it . Glad I stayed overnight and had an early flight the next day otherwise I couldn’t have taken another day!

A really friendly and importantly quiet homestay that is still within walking distance of the heart of Kuta - free drinking water and a kettle on your room are great for Bali - and great shower too The swimming pool isn't for those that want to swim - but is really nice to cool down in - extended for an extra couple of days - also handy for the airport

I felt like I was participating Gordon Ramsey's show. Hotel Hell. Not the after state but the BEFORE state. - Room full of dust - Water tap didn't work (had to brush my teeth in the shower) - Bathroom is smelly Maybe you won't feel this way, but the room gave me a creepy feeling with the office white light and the dust. Good luck.

Lovely courtyard, very handy to airport, short walk to restos, tricky alleyways to beach. Nice staff, will make a.m. coffee. Breakfast is by order the eve before. Weak a/c and no real hot water.

Friendly reception, free parking for motorbikes, deep at the end of an alley, so no noise from the road. Hot shower took a while to heat-up, but no problem thereafter. Wifi doesnt work very well, cut off every now and then, we had to helped them to reset router twice. Breakfast is an options of toast fried with margarine (with chocolate inside) with or without egg or fried rice. Clean even tho a bit old.
