Considering the price of around IDR200k (USD13) per night, this place can be considered budget-friendly. However, it's important to note that compared to other Amaris hotels we have stayed in, this particular one was disappointing. There are several areas that require renovation and improvement. The paintings in the rooms are fading, the showers need fixing, bugs can be found here and there, the AC unit feels unstable, and the selection of TV channels is limited. Despite these shortcomings, it's worth highlighting that the staff at this hotel are exceptional. They are incredibly friendly, responsive, and always ready to assist. Their professionalism is commendable, and it's clear they take pride in their work. It would be wonderful to see them in a better working environment. Investing more in the hotel's infrastructure would not only benefit the hardworking staff but also help maintain the business's reputation.

Service is okay for the 2 stars hotel. We don't expect much to begin with but it's pretty good. Room is clean but breakfast is a little bit lacking (fruit flies around the uncovered fresh fruit). Location is very decent just that the road is a little bit narrow to reach the hotel. I would say you get a great value for your money for the stay here.

Pros: Amaris Hotel Lebak Bene meets my personal preferences. Affordable room rates for a mid-range hotel class, clean and friendly reception. The hotel security staffs are really friendly and helpful. Free coffee and tea from 8 a.m to 8 p.m (loved it). Cons: challenging location (very small roads to get to/around the hotel and very limited parking lot) for those who travel by car. The hotel needs to provide better towels. Overall: this hotel is a good option for a mid-range hotel. My family and I would come again. #Midrangehotel

An Okay-budget hotel. Location is perfect for motor-biker/pedestrian; challenging for cars. Wifi is not reliable. Staff are friendly. A lot of good restaurants around.

I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 am and noticed peculiar wet stains on the sheets. Upon expressing my concern to the front desk, they apologized but explained that they couldn't assist as the cleaning service or sheet management personnel had already ended their shifts and has since went home. I mean the least they could do is give clean sheets. Disappointing.

Room looks clean but, bathroom is dirty and shower not working properly. Found a small cockroach when sleeping. Location is very bad and does not have enough parking space for cars

The behaviour of the staffs were something to cherish for life. The overall experience was fantastic.

I've got a special discount for staying at this hotel. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. In my room the air conditioner was not working properly, then the hotel staff moved me to another room. besides that, the hotel also agreed to prepare breakfast in a box at 5.30 am because I had to go to the airport for an early morning flight.

The room is big enough for 2 people with 2 luggage. The have like long sofa too, so I think it's enough for 3 person in 1 room. 5 minutes walking to Kuta Beach. But the access to the Hotel is just enough for 1 car. The reception are humble and friendly

Access to the hotel is troublesome small path with two ways. Only 3 cars parking lot at the hotel. Walking distance to Kuta beach (10-15minutes)

It was our mistake not to check well the comments about the hotel before booking it and we are aware it's only a 2 star hotel, however I don't think it's a excuse for the quality of the rooms they provide... The walls had many dirty spots and even spots of mold, the doors were peeling off and the bathroom was just dirty: you could see that the tiles of the shower haven't been washed for long time (there were spots from water and soup all around, at the sink there was mold, not even the mirror was clean - it was all covered in spots). The room felt cleaner, sheets had some spots but felt clean. All in all the room felt very filthy and it wasn't pleasant to stay in it (we had booked 2 rooms and both had the same quality) and to use that bathroom. The breakfast was OK. However I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Luckily we stayed only one night.

Horrible hotel, had to check out after 15 minutes! Bugs all over the room and under the pillow. Terrible location, right beside a bar and loud music all night! Would never come back to this place and I am glad I only stayed for 15 minutes!

1. Cockroaches I found cockroaches in the bathroom,stairs,elavator, and most disgustingly is during breakfast near the food which is unhygienic 2.Wifi The wifi is not reliable. I had to connect into the wifi over 3 times in 10 minutes. My advice is to buy more mobile data if your coming. 3. Breakfast The breakfast is tasteless especially the balinese fried rice. 4. Room cleanliness The bed had many stains when we checked in,the stains are everywhere,sheet,pillows and blanket.
