This place so comfy and great for chillaxing because the street not really crowd because sanur its the place for chillaxing and for family, i often came here for working, chillaxing with my friends and great chair at outside. The place so comfy totally comfy. U should come here if u love coffee and chillaxing at sanur and feel the great ambience and atmosphere here The staff soooo great, friendly and love to have a joke. So dont be hesitate to come here okay??

It was clean, busy but very fast. All of the staff were so friendly, the service was outstanding! we came here 4 or 5 times just to get those amazing cold juices! i wish the star bucks here sold em like that. The only minus part was that the outside terrace was not that clean. besides that, amazing place

They need to take care of the toilet, please.. but we love their service anyway. The food that they have also good, our favorite always vegan choco cookie. And espresso that they have so good too.. and maybe they can more care of the outdoors area, sometimes because of the leafs make it so dirty..

Starbucks is Starbucks! Good 'ol Starbucks consistency and usual fare. Service can be a bit slow, but if you're in Bali you're surely used to that ;) A lovely place sat behind a HUGE tree. Cool AC, roomy and airy inside.

Good coffee, fast wifi, solid air conditioning, and a price higher then you pay in Perth for coffee, classic Starbucks… 😀

Whilst in Sanur visited this Starbucks 6 days out the 7 we stayed in Sanur. Friendly service & always like the coffee.

Super nice location with very welcoming staff. Came here more than once. Great mixture of locals and foreigners, kids, people working, and people relaxing. Very nice atmosphere, very clean, and great bathrooma

This place is unique, I like the building and open cafe design. The service is good. There's no parking lot.

This starbucks atmosphere is different, they have a big tree in the middle. And modern tropical design. The location is proper. They have a good toilet. Barista were friendly as it is. Starbucks maybe dont have a very good coffee but never failed to make me visit again because of the service and atmosphere they deliver.

Have read previous reviews but decided to try anyway. The coffee is good. We also have had a double shot coffee frappe. The only thing lacking is that this outlet doesn't offer an ice cream dollop on top only cream.

Checked out a bunch of Starbucks joints in Bali, but the one in Sanur takes the cake—been there like 10-15 times. Always got seats, Wi-Fi's decent and doesn't bail, and there's this massive round table that's perfect for getting work done with the laptop. But what really makes this spot special is the super cool and welcoming crew. They remembered my name, brewed up my coffee just the way I like it, and slapped on handwritten sweet wishes on my cup. Big shoutout to the amazing Caca with her warm smile and those friendly "Hello Mr. Andreeeeey!!!" greetings—I'm gonna remember that for a long time. Thanks, guys, for the warm memories.

Atmosphere was good, coffee was good too, but one thing server didn't tell me additional charge of choice, should v been advised it clearly.

Perfectly Predictably Nice. I love a Kopi Mocha with Whipped cream... I even got a caramel topping added gratis.

The place is dirty. They should take a look at cleanliness. Drinks and cakes are fine, same as any other starbucks.

It's Starbucks! The staff are very pleasant. Everything is what you would expect in Starbucks. Watch out for the sneaky rats that come out from under the couches! I told a staff member and she laughed and said 'yes there's lots of rats in here' 🙈 Good job I'm not squeamish 😆 Be careful outside of it's rained, very slippery

The coffee and the cheesecake along with the red velvet cake was delicious service was very good the prices for Starbucks are typically fairly High but you know what you're getting into when you walk in there

I personally love this Starbucks because how cosy it is, the perfect spot for familiar service, taste and ambience for overseas visitors. It’s become a comfortable place for me to pause from exploring Bali.

Starbucks outlets don’t normally merit reviews, but this one is so unusually pleasant it does. With a tranquil courtyard shaded by an enormous tree, friendly staff make this branch a rare standout in a world of cookie cutter stores.

To start off one of the best and coziest starbucks I ve seen until now the place is quite and chill the staff are nice the drinks are tasty and made right the cold brew is exactly how it should taste not light or too heavy i liked the sliding doors and the decoration makes it unique actual balinese starbucks. There are 2 sitting areas one inside and one outside the distribution of seats is great and also the outside area is springy would recommend coming here to have a calm mind.

Nice design, very large front terrace. Entrance door slides to the left (although it’s not obvious if you come here for the first time because there’s no handle or sign from the outside). Should be kept clean throughout the day, there are small snippets of paper on the floor/table. The latter could use a quick wipe after the guests leave. Wifi can be difficult to connect, but once connected it’s fast (for this country at least). No parking at all. It seems you’re supposed to only come here on foot (also no bicycle stand). Many pluggs to charge your phone or laptop 💻. Staff is very friendly

I like this Starbucks a lot! Not many ppl like the other one. It offers such a good vibe with a big tree covering the outoor place making it shady and not hot for ppl who want to sit outside. The staff or baristas at this place is also very kind and smile a lot, well if I have a working place like this probably my mood will be always good. The only down part is there’s no parking lot. If you bring a car and you get a spot around 200m away, just take it. You probably won’t get lucky if you pass the chance. If you bring your scooter, you can just park beside the road in front of the store.
