We like the industrial style of the restaurant. The food was delicious.. the ambiance is good. The waitress and the waiter are quick responding. Pity we can’t stay longer as our table is for the next reservation which is there is live music at 21:00 🕘. One critic: The eclairs for the ice cream are too hard… must be soft and easily to eat with the ice. But we will coming back in the future.

Such a cool venue, great location. Food is amazing and service was fast and friendly. Avo coffee and Matcha latte HIGHLY reccomend. Would definitely go back. We had Umi bowl, Lobster Toast, Avo on toast and big breaky all were amazing.

Overall the food and drinks were not too bad. Usual cafe standard food- coffee was good as well. If you sit on level 2, it might be quite difficult to get the staff’s attention but other than that all good!

I get why the place is popular among cafe goers. Although it is situated beside the road side where traffic can get heavy and noisy, the interior is cosy and chill. Truly a place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee or have a meal. Kudos to the designer of the cafe! Staff looks presentable and are friendly. Food is good too!

At first we had a great time in here. Food was satisfying enough, the waitress was good at collecting our orders. Problem was, when we were eating, the same waitress who was helping us with the orders, told us to move aside to the next chairs. We were EATING, it was inappropriate gestures to ASK us to moved aside, just because there were another 2 customers. The other customer also said, "we could just sit here", but the waitress said "no, you cant, its for 4 person", then with no choice he sat next to us (its awkward because, behind us was an empty chairs, so was in the balcony). Normally, you would WAIT untill the persons finished eating, not while we chew some food on our mouth. Especially, when it was on PANDEMIC, we tried to do the distancing on our own. But nope, Pison surely was not thinking about that protocol. The staff on duty on second floor, at 24 February 2021 (evening) was so RUDE. Its so dissapointing.

This place deserves five stars. Came here few times for food and coffee. The coffee is really good. The pasta and waffle look good and taste delicious. Had the oxtail soup and squid ink once, it was very good. Friendly staffs also make this place so great

Great atmosphere, great food, great coffee, great service and all for a very reasonable price. They have put a lot of effort into the small things (very cold aircon and a good quality sound system). I had the clam pasta which was delightful and very well seasoned. Followed that by the lemon cake with ice cream which was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back.

Came for breakfast this morning and it was busy...good thing they have more seating upstairs. Went for the pancakes and a iced latte , my wife had the same. The pancakes were delicious , light and fluffy with strawberries , ice cream and nuts , I should have asked for another scoop of iced cream. Iced latte was equally as good with the ice blocks being milk. My wife had a long Mac and I could smell it , they take their coffee seriously here. Pison gets very busy , there was people coming and going the entire time we visited. Plenty of staff on hand too. Definitely worth the visit.

But we (2 people) sat on a table upstairs that seats 4(made of 2 smaller tables), selected because of the distancing and far from anyone in this covid times. Just as we are nearing the end of the meal, the waitress came and told us that they will put someone in the two empty seats on our table, moving it barely a meter away. All while there were still empty tables everywhere else. There goes our distancing. They seem to prioritize putting 2 people on 2 people tables, whereas those empty seats should be used to socially distance. So to recap. Good food, good drinks, nice place, proper jakarta flavors(good job), but not going to return. Come here if physical distancing and covid safety is not your concern. Also, even if it's not the covid era, you do not tell people eating that they need to move over because the table they're sitting on is going to be moved for new set of guests. Come on.

All-time favorite menu: pork fried rice. This place really offers many good menu with pork as the main ingredient. Though the foods & beverages here are pricey but still the taste and the vibes of the place here worth the price. And, they also have live acoustic every Weds and Fridays (if I’m not mistaken about the exact day).

We stayed at hotel near this cafe so we decided to had our breakfast here. We ordered oxtail fried rice and pancake. The taste for both of our order was good as well as the beverage. While I was finishing my pancake, I found an ant and reported to the waitress. She immediately took it away and informed the chef. A while later she offered to give a replacement for free but i refused since We are already full however she insisted to give other compliment for take away. We are so satisfied with the service here , keep up the excellent service ! We are gladly to come back again soon

I strongly recommend the Scallop Mentaiko Pasta and Truffle Tenderloin Steak. The flavour of the fried rice pales in comparison when you’ve tasted the former 2 dishes. Scallop Mentaiko Pasta is insanely delicious and savoury if you like pasta. The truffle tenderloin steak (medium well) is also cooked perfectly!

Food and drinks were superb in taste and price point. They all came in generous portions. They offer variety of cuisine as well.

They serve really nice coffee. loving the ice lattle & the breakfast taco. very well served. the place is nice with vintage woody look. sunrise big breakfast is like your typicall big breakfast, still good too.
