Just an FYI- the little animals (civets) that are used to make this Kopi Luwak live in terrible conditions. They are social animals but are separated and put in tiny cages with dismal food and living conditions. If you do a quick internet search you can find more information and about their terrible conditions and high mortality rate. Additionally, they are nocturnal and yet are dragged out in the day time for the purpose of entertaining tourists. Many countries have banned importing this type of coffee due to the way the animals are treated, not because of the novelty. If I'd known this when I was visiting Bali I would not have endorsed such a place.

A great surprise to find this place. We truly enjoyed the experience, but wished the products had more reasonable prices.

Do not support this animal abuse trade. Luwaks are kept in small wire cages and are often kept alone with nothing to lie on or play with. I hope Bali ends this tourist animal exploitation soon.

The place is nice, there is a glass floor which is cool for taking selfies. But I don't really like the Luwak coffee because it is served without dregs (it's a bit clear in color). If you order Luwak coffee, you can get more than 10 types of Balinese processed coffee
