Today I called to Balis Barbers for a haircut and shave. The building is beautiful, great aircon and the quality of the haircut and shave is of a really high standard. Minu did a great job and did his very best to ensure I was comfortable. I had a cut, shave and a wash for 300,000 Rph.

I recently experienced beard grooming at Simon's Balis Barber and TSL Sanur, and the contrast in quality left me eager to share my thoughts. Simon at Balis Barber deserves accolades for his remarkable beard grooming skills. What sets him apart is his dedication to achieving a more natural finish. Unlike some barbers who tend to lean towards an overly polished and unnatural look (like The Shampoo Lounge), Simon's expertise lies in crafting effortlessly stylish beards that maintain authenticity. His attention to detail was evident throughout the grooming process, resulting in a beard that seamlessly complemented my overall appearance. Conversely, TSL Sanur left me underwhelmed. Despite adequate service, the end result was an overly stylized and unnatural beard. In conclusion, for a beard grooming experience beyond the ordinary, I highly recommend Simon at Balis Barber. His commitment to a natural finish, combined with expertise and attention to detail, sets him above the rest. Simon is now my go-to barber, and I confidently recommend him for an authentic and stylish beard grooming experience.

Such a great experience with such a lovely, professional and friendly barber at a beautiful clean shop. Could've not been better and my shave was smooth, enjoyable and very entertaining since I had a very nice and long conversation with this lovely gentleman who definitely knows his craft. Highly recommended and will be back again for sure.

Got a haircut from Obet yesterday. He does house calls which is very convenient, he came out even in the rain. Very professional service. He’s very friendly and spoke perfect English so we were able to have a good conversation during the haircut. Definitely would recommend for anyone needing a barber in Sanur

I'm from California and I'm very particular about anyone outside of my normal barber touching my hair. And I usually go the the barber or stylist every few weeks. Thank goodness for this place. Immediately when you approached the shop, there was a familiar vibe. Then I was greeted by the team upon entry, I immediately met Simon. And when you are used to working with talented hairstylists and barbers, you simply know when they're good based on the way they approach their craft, prepare their station, casually speak with you, the way they engage with you about what you'd like done, the way the assess your specific hair, the way they make suggestions etc...Anyway, needless to say, this placed nailed it. And I'll be a return customer each time I'm on an extended stay in Bali.

Great haircut from Obet. It was a perfect hair cut and wash for just 150K. They only re-opened a week ago. The location is opposite the Yoga place so although tricky,, it is easy to find.

Recently have had a hair cut in Balis Barber Bali. First I contacted Balis Barber through WA because it was tricky to find them on the map. This place is located inside yoga center. The room is clean and well furnished, there are comfortable chairs and relaxing modern music. They also wash your head after haircut. Obet Bli was my Barber, very friendly, we talked a lot about everything. He made a good haircut which I completely satisfied. Recommend.

Excellent barbers. Cut both my and my 3-year old son's hair to our full satisfaction. Our son has been scared of haircutting in the past, but these guys handled it perfectly and were really careful and attentive about it. He was dancing around after they finished and was really proud. Two very happy customers who will return next time we are in Sanur!

It's my second visit. It was hard to find a barber shop because the children were sensitive to design. I went to six other barbershops, but the kids said they didn't like it. But boys like it here!! I said let's come again next time!! I'm so glad I don't have to find another barber shop in the future! The space here is large, clean, the designers are kind, and the service is good. I highly recommend this place.

Obeit was first class with both communication through Google message service and the cut was also great. He tailored his price to suit the cut requested. He won't be the cheapest on the island but as always you pay for what you get and here you get a 5 star barber

Inquired about an appointment this morning via WhatsApp and was booked promptly for the afternoon at my hotel. Upon meeting Obet, he was very polite and professional. His English was superb and understood what I wanted from my haircut. I’d definitely recommend booking him.

Hands down one of the best barbers in Bali. Safe and sterile. I got a haircut and a beard trim and was the best one I’ve had since. After the haircut he washes your hair, which is great. 10/10 would definitely recommend and come back again.

Obet’s service was amazing! I’m used to getting my haircut a specific way - a medium bald fade with a trim at the top. I was honestly a bit nervous getting my hair cut in Bali as I’d never gone to a barber outside the US. Obet delivered, I gave him my usual instructions and showed him a picture and he nailed it. Great conversation, fluent in English, and super convenient with the house calls. I’ll be visiting every year!

My man obet did a fine fade and trim for me. Unfortunately his shop closed up but he was able to come to my hotel to give me a fresh cut. Great personality and easy to talk to as well. Ill be sure to avail his services again once in Bali.
