Pretentious club. The bar hostess was very rude. I went on a Wednesday night which was like the first night they open for the week ( they are closed Monday and Tuesday). I checked their website and it said free entry for Wednesday so I went ( Single guy from Sydney). When I reached, the door girl asked me to pay 150000 IDR for entrance. I said it's Wednesday night and it says on your website Free entry. She got annoyed and rude. I showed her the website on my phone where it was clearly mentioned FREE ENTRY. I said I came all the way from Nusa dua which is really far ( 100000 IDR) by uber one way as it was free entry. She became very Rude and started making that annoying face and giving me eyeballs. I told her that this is misinformation. If you are saying on your website that it is FREE ENTRY then you have to have free entry. Eventually I paid and got in only to realise the place is totally empty with hardly 20 - 30 people inside. So disappointed. Having managed clubs worldwide myself it was shocking for me. Clubs that start off well kind of get the whole thing in their head. They start going too far ahead of themselves. Overconfidence is what it is. Hardly do they realise that customers are super picky and very disloyal. They would dump you in a bat of a lid, just like that. Customer service and retention is the key for sustainability of hospitality business. By the way that is the core of the Hospitality business ethics, "Customer is always right". Well even if he is not you have to work around it. So overall I would not recommend the place at all. Its Bali and people are super friendly here. Check TripAdvisor and you will see some of the most average places are rated super high because of superior customer service. In the midst of this of you have a club which is super pretentious, tries to be a underground club which it is not. Staff with major attitude issues and music which will give you a headache after an hour. Oh and a beer costs nearly $10 , absolutely outrageous. Lots of awesome places in Bali just take this one off your itinerary.

I know I’m in Bali but if I choose to pay $30 to enter a club., I expect a little more. Wish I made the same decision as the guys in front of us did: leave.

Hello My friends and I reserved a section for new years eve and when we arrived, the section was occupied by other patrons and was dirty (trash on the table, water/drinks on the floor and the reserved sign covered by debris left by other individuals). We were taken to coat check, and has to wait and pay additional for that, and then had to ask someone to find out where out section was and take us over there.We put in the order for the bottles days before and the waitress took more than 30 minutes to bring them over. We asked to speak with a manager multiple times to discuss the issues we saw when we got there, and it was 30 minutes to an hour before someone arrived. All they were able to do was comp one bottle of champagne and wipe the floor. The waitress barely came into the section to get additional drink orders and check on us. We had to frequently go to the bar to get additional drinks. When she did come back and we ordered one additional bottle of champagne, she tried to charge us again for all 5 bottles and brought security as well. This issue had to be cleared up with a separate waitress. Other patrons kept sitting on the couches next to us and multiple people fell on top of us and even tried to argue with us regarding not being able to sit in our section. The other VIP area was roped off and regulated, however, ours was not and presented to be more of a nuisance and we tried to make the best of it. And on top of bottle service and drinks we paid the $55 cover for new years. The customer service experience was horrible, and we had friends come in from out of town to enjoy the night but spent most of it waiting for drinks, coats, asking people to leave our section and having to argue about whether or not our bill was paid, which it was done in full and in cash.

The music was good, not the best switch's between songs. The crowd was fairly okay a mix of young and older 30's maybe 40's. Drinks are fairly priced and taste ok. The staff are good and very friendly. Security is a joke inside; texted all night- but maybe because there were only 35 people tops and I think my crew was half the crowd. Definitely needs some better marketing to bring in the crowd, has potential. Otherwise I wouldn't waste my 20 bucks to get in often.

Visited June 2023. A discreet entry just beside Jambuluwuk Hotel. It's nice and subtle. Servers are friendly. Side sofas at 6jt. Center sofas at 5jt. 700ml Hendricks at 2.8jt - steep if you ask me. Glenlivet 12yo at 3.5jt. Glendefich 12yo at 3.8jt. We had some food too. We topped up our mixers as they only gave 3/bottle. Btw, they know how to make you feel good, every bottle comes with a mini sparkler show too 😅 What made the overall feel good was the people, mostly well behaved punters which I like. Maybe I was lucky. Music was good with full DJ and the environment was happy. If it's one thing I didn't like, it was the layout of the premise... It's was long so the DJ booth was literally along the 6jt sofas so you kinda have to turn your head just to see the stage. Will go there again and hopefully the punters will still be as well behaved as when I was there.
