Went to Premier Lounge before trying this one. Definitely much better food. They had a live cooking area where we got some quite delicious pasta and overall, their food quality and fruit selection were much better. They also offer 3 drinks per person vs. 2 drinks per person at Premier. Relatively small lounge however with limited seating. Overall good service as well!

Not great vegan choices for food - plain rice, potatoes, vegetables, chips, tomato sauce, peanuts, small bean bao bun, salad items & fruit. All the dishes to go with the rice were meat based. There were non-labelled cakes, biscuits & donuts. Some foods labelled but most not. No allergens labelled. Not good quality food & had upset stomach day after. Lounge WiFi was temperamental but you can connect to the general airport WiFi. As soon as you get upstairs (lift broken) to where the lounge is you can feel the temperature rise & the aircon is not good in the lounge. There are individual ac units plugged in, so it’s actually hotter sitting behind the units. I didn’t go into the other lounge but it looked quieter from the outside & there was no queue. There was a short queue for the TG lounge. If going to this airport again, I’d probably just go to one of the nicer restaurants in the main area of departures than bother with the lounges.

Good lounge at Denpasar Bali. Cost was 330k. Was quieter when we visited, lots of seats available and most have power in the form of outlet or USB. Food was ok, coffee was good. Beer and wine included and paid extra for spirits. Included was a 15min food massage which was good.

We were directed to this lounge by Turkish Airlines with our tickets in J. Terrible lounge with no A/C. My wife was pregnant at the time and it was nearly unbearable. Can't believe this was part of the contracted lounge. Save yourself the time and head straight to the boarding area where the temperature was much more agreeable.

Tried getting into Premier Lounge, to no avail, before we found this one. The customer service was awesome. It was a lil warm and the seating wasn't that comfortable, but it was better than the seating at the gates in the terminal. They had a pasta station set up and I had the most delicious made to order, carbona. The line was long, but it was worth the wait.

Don't bother going here. There was a huge line AND this lounge was still allowing backpackers without the Priority Pass to pay to get in. No dress code was honoured. By the time we were able to get in they were rejecting everyone with actual Priority Passes. We checked out the lounge to see if it was worth waiting and the servers were ignoring tables trying to get service, and dirty tables were abundant. We ended up going to the food court instead costing $900 IDR for 2 meals and 2 drinks...
