To summarise this place in bullet points: - For anyone on an airline alliance (Oneworld,Skyteam,Star Alliance) its worth noting this is an independant lounge and they will not accept you, i have been turned away when i was Qantas Platinum and flying Jetstar (Owned by Qantas) - It Advertises 5 Wi-Fi points (+ 1 5GHz point) only one shows up, its unstable and up/down is 0.38Mbps, cant even properly browse on it. - Food looks Anemic and tastes bland, breaded items are dry and for some reason the coconut milk for the black rice pudding was extremely salty. Also food is barely warm, its a health concern - Drinks are limited, coffee machine with beans, quava and orange juice, soft drink cans and bali hai beer (2 drink maximum for beer) - TV's do not work, so you cannot view important flight information in the lounge and they seem to not do announcements. - Bathroom was okay, has a shower, toilets with a weak flush (i entered a toilet to find fecal matter in it) and most of the finishings are dodgy, broken coat hangers, dispensers with missing buttons, toilet seat wasnt secured. - Did see a few bugs flying around, and have heard people mentioning cockroaches near the buffet This is the first time i used this lounge and the last. The money i spent on upgrading my plane ticket to access the lounge would have been better spent in a restaraunt in the airport, i could have had better Wi-Fi, Food, Drinks, Coffee, Seats and left with left over money.

Priority Pass Users: Drinks/Alcohol better here, food better next door. No A/C as they want to save electricity staff said. Good range of drinks, including cans of beer, soda and water available for self-serve. Food is mediocre.

Reasonable lounge which has slightly disappointing food options. I think the bad reviews are from when it's busy. No Chinese flights into Bali makes a big difference to enjoyment levels of the lounge. Air con was working when visiting. Have been at worse lounges to be sure....

The lounge has really nice, mind and welcoming staff but one thing that I could not help notice is that the temperature of the lounge was incredibly hot, must have been a day when the air conditioning was malfunctioning. The food was good, a decent selection of hot and cold meals were up for the picking. The drinks selection was limited, and the atmosphere was not great, felt a little bit dated and cramped to be perfectly honest.

Fairly meh. Lack of seating, outside area has no air con. Food is bland and “international” in the worst sense. Staff were friendly. Toilets clean but shabby. Lack of plug points. Not what you would expect from an international business lounge.

Comfy (couches), A/C, but food was meh. They did have some pastries, desserts, plain noodles and rice, 2 soups (american style), and 2 meat dishes. Not sure if they had been sitting out for a while but not very tasty. Bar doesn’t look open at 10:44am.

Lounge that is shared by several major airlines for their premium customers. Can be crowded. Interiors is pleasant and food and drinks choice ok.

nice staff food and drinks are quite complete there is a bathroom and prepare the toiletries by the staff comfortable place to rest
