There is place to wait for next boarding....have clean prayer room. Smooking corner. Clean toilets and good coffe

This is probably the worst Garuda Business Class Lounge i've been into. I'm sorry but Concordia Lounge has a better lounge. The toilet is smelly and not regularly cleaned. So sad that this happend in Bali Airport where it should've been the best place to finally relax before departure. Is it because Garuda only focuses on International Lounge ? I dont know. But this should be addressed. Food is okay, there's a smoking area in the facility

I was issued a complimentary lounge pass to use during my flight layover from Sydney to Jakarta. Not sure if this is the standard procedure for connecting flights, or if this is because of flight delays (2 hours from my original itinerary). The lounge’s first level is usually packed, has toilets, simple buffet spread, drinks fridge & refreshments. The mezzanine floor is more peaceful, with a foot massage booth, the same simple buffet spread & bar, less a live cooking station and VIP rooms, which are probably reserved for First Class passengers. Attentive & courteous staff are always a plus.

While waiting for my Garuda Indonesia flight, I was waiting at lounge. The lounge was quite comfortable, food and drink with all you can eat menu.

Still, the best Garuda lounge ever..

One of the best Garuda Lounge I've ever visited. The food is perfect, the ambiance is OK, the only negative thing is the super slow free wifi. But super recommended, tons better that the one at Jakarta

Got here as I booked business class on KLM. Been here a few times. The service is great, the lounge staff is amazing, and they are super friendly and helpful. The food is atrociously awful. See the pic I took, that’s their ‘mushroom quiche’ which is basically a dump of broken up crushed quiche in a serving bowl. The other food quality is awful - Garuda lounges is not worth the money, the food quality is something that even my mother would not serve on her dining table. Come here if you want to sit (the seats are comfortable) but not for the food. Did I say the Wi-Fi is awful and you can’t get a stable signal?

Went here over the Concordia lounge because it was $444000Rp instead of $500000Rp and included showers and alcohol which the Concordia lounge doesn’t have. But don’t bother the bathroom weren’t very good and were really hot, the food was really bad like almost inedible, it was crowded and the Wifi didn’t work all.

Precooked meals that were cold and had to be reheated by staff in a microwave ‘if you wanted it hot’. I’m almost certain that this is where I got food poisoning as I was violently sick when I reached Melbourne airport. Limited choice of drinks. Staff did the best they could with a very poor business lounge.

Pretty bad experience here, if you have chance to choose, please do NOT choose this one. ——The WIFI is bad here ——the food is only a few plates to pick ——the drink tastes like water ——the mini bar, always no one there, you’ll need to ask them yourself
