When we brought our puppy there, from the moment he enters, one dog attacked him and and bites him on his leg , next day he couldn’t walk and Vet found out that he have infection on the place of bite . Now poor guy have to stay home for a week till he get better . Take antibiotics and other pillls 1. Why workers didn’t protect him while he was entering ? 2. Why they keep aggressive dods in park? 3. Nobody is responsible for what happened. Only apologize but this is not helping situation at all. Also they said that if situation will repeat then they will kick out that aggressive dog . How many dogs have to be bitted to make management realize that this aggressive dog must be out? 2 dogs ? Watch out ! Maybe next dog is yours !

The Dog Club has changed their policies and doesn’t allow certain pure-breed types in their (paid) daycare service. At the end of the day, a business does want to make money but is it ethical? I don’t think the owner of The Dog Club has good intentions. I cannot count how many times several dogs whom I will not name specifically that are not within their restricted category have acted upon aggression on others. These breeds include: Mixed Breeds/Bali Dogs (Most acts of aggression comes from them), Terriers, Labradors, Dachshunds, Chihuahuas and Siberian Huskies. These dogs are still allowed continued access to the facility without the owner’s attendance. Even though your dog is well trained to socialize with other dogs and humans, if he/she is classified within their “restricted breeds”, your dog is not allowed to be in the facility unattended. Whilst each place does have their own rules respectfully, calling out on one that doesn’t make sense serves the right to. I would understand that if the owner of The Dog Club would like to restrict certain dogs (not the breed) to have limited access because of a record of aggression, but this isn’t the case. At the end of the day, The Dog Club depicts a bad image amongst certain dog breeds due to this policy and I would never support a company or business that does so. It is clear that The Dog Club intends on exploiting this factor by continuing to allow highly aggressive, unsocial XS/S/M sized breeds in their facility *unattended by owners* because they are “easier to handle”.

We came back to the dog club after a couple of months and it has been very disappointing. A lot of new staff, who are treating the dogs not good at all. We saw now a couple of times how staff is throwing dogs into the pool when they were naughty. I mean dogs are dogs and they are sometimes naughty and there is no reason to throw dogs super rude into a pool to "punish" them. Today was definitely the last time we left our dog unattended there, you never know what they are doing with your dog if you are not there. It is a nice big lawn but you should always supervise your dog.

First time visit to the dog park during sunset hours, my Pups enjoyed the excursion. It was a very short visit but there will be a next time.

The Dog Club staff take care of my puppy like she's their own. She's gone to daycare there for nearly a year and sometimes I board her at the villa when I travel. They are so attentive in all that they do, even making sure my dog has eaten breakfast and sending reports if she's acting weird for some reason. The level of service goes above and beyond! I trust them completely and my dog is also very happy in their hands! It's more than a park, it's a community for everyone. Thank you DC!!!

Nice enough, staff are friendly, reasonable prices... Dogs are pretty good for the most part. It might be nice if they had an area to separate the small dogs from the big dogs though (and not in an office - I can do that at home).

Our two dogs Tilo and Nusa have been members of The Dog Club for nearly two years straight now and it's their absolute favorite place to be. The staff there are excellent and we've had nothing but a positive experience with them. Highly recommended!

Asked to view their boarding facilities to make sure it was suitable for my dog, and OMG. I wouldn’t even let my worse enemy sleep in those conditions! The boarding rooms were dirty, dark and disgusting. Think jail cells. Stains everywhere, the smell still haunts me! The dogs there looked so upset. I was horrified thinking I wouldn’t find anywhere but I came across PawsResort, OhMyDog Hotel and also Dogville that are 10/10. They are so clean and seriously thank goodness for them, because I was already uncomfortable leaving her and their boarding facilities were much cleaner, bright and hygienic. Do not leave your dog here!

The check in process was pretty strict as they require your dog’s vaccine certificate to ensure the safety of all the dogs in the park. If you ever need a day care or boarding for your pup, this is the place to go! Staff are always friendly and will always interact with the pups! They have an agility training course too! There are two pools where your dogs can swim. They also do morning walks at the beach!

I have been to the dog club & park once and for 20min only, but my first impression was amazing. I loved the way the staff treated the dogs! My puppy was 4 months old and a lot of big dogs approached her, but the staff protected my puppy in a fantastic way. Calling all the other dogs by their names and talking to them so respectful and nice. I noticed my puppy felt good there right away! Amazing!

My experience after my dog stayed at this facility was abysmal! My dog came back after 3 weeks of paying top premium rates, with an outbreak of allergy sores from eating chicken, (even after I sent my own food of just meat for him. His mouth stank from an infection, he had a cough, and his eyes were also infected. He also stank as they could not be bothered grooming him before I picked him up.

Without the dog club, I’d go insane. My puppies are absolutely bonkers so having a safe place for them to play and get worn out is amazing they love the weekly visit!

We notice, his biting & digging behaviour has decreased and he is not too hyper anymore at home since he has long day in dog park, it's a perfect place if your puppy is very active and friendly.
