👍 Turtles 🐢 hatch in the big turtle-shaped tent, and every day at 16 or 16:30 🕟 h you can participate in a turtle “saving” event where newly hatched turtles are released into the sea, against a donation of 50.000 rupiahs per turtle. No idea whether it is a tourist trap or a good hearted conservation... People often mention turtles, release, turtle, baby, experience, released,

They have turtle release events that you must do if you love turtles and you're in the area! It's the cutest thing ever to release these baby creatures and watch them walk away in the sunset towards the waves! Check the Instagram page for the release dates! Come 45 minutes before the release at least to get a ticket for sure! Then they'll give you a plastic container in which you take your turtle to the beach! Don't touch the baby turtles though! Donations are welcome!

Really nice work that they do, taking care of the turtles until born and then release in the sea. Great for children. Checkout their Facebook page, usually they post something during the morning to be there at 3~3:30 PM to take the “tickets” to release a turtle in the sea. It’s free but highly recommended to donate something. I did 10k IDR and it was ok.

A great place to bring a visit for all ages however it is seasonable When the little turtles hatch you can see them crawl out of the sand to see their first time daylight. Mostly they do get released late afternoon and you might be able to partake in their release for FREE. lol

Great experience releasing a baby turtle into the sea. The day we went there were 450 turtles scheduled to be released so you could rock up at 4pm and still get one

We released two baby sea turtles on September 30 and it was amazing. The staff and leader were so nice and funny, clear instructions, even in English. We learnt a bit about turtles and highly recommend this for adults and children alike! Check their Facebook page to find release dates Was donation for a ticket, we did 50.000 for two people ($5.00AUD)

The place seems to be permanently closed? I went to the front door also, same closed. Can owner clarify whether it is closed?

I have taken part in this experience 3 times and would do it again in a flash. Great for adults and kids. The staff are very passionate and add a lot of excitement around the activity. There was minimal wait time on the days I went but the weather is almost always great there anyway.
