Terrible place, not a safety place! Please do not stay here, especially if you are all girls. Went to Bali Kuta with my sisters in mid-Jun and We booked for 4 nights in this place due to the good reviews in google. For the first night, we arrived for checked-in quite late, roughly 10.30pm. When I entered the lobby, the lobby is messy, with litter scattered everywhere, but I don't really mind as saw that there was a new group of tourists arrived in this hotel, so I think maybe the person-in-charged were quite busy so no time to clean up. Once we got our room key, the security guard lead us to our block/apartment (where our room is) by passing through a long dark corridor and the swimming pool. All these times we saw numbers of guy drinking alcohol outside their room (not sure if they are local) and they stared at us while we passed by them. We are quite uncomfortable with their stares and but still think that everything would be fine once we entered into our room. Soon we reached the lobby of the block/apartment where our room is. There were a group of guys are chatting and they stare at us for quite some time while we were waiting for lift. This made me feel insecure. We thought the security guard would at least guide us to our room since we were carrying our luggage on our own. I can't believe he just told us which floor to go and just let us be ! Fine, we just went to the respective floor and walked towards our room. The hallway was quite narrow and our room was the nearest to the stairs. Our room is quite spacious and comfortable, until we realised that the balcony was connected to the next door and the door seems like easy to break in by others. The pillow and blankets were with heavy oily smell and cigarette burn marks which I think they didn't wash these items. However, since it is almost midnight time, we decided to at least have a night here first and to discuss next day if we shall change to other accommodations. During the night, one of my sisters couldn't sleep since there were frequent door knocking sound from the opposite rooms. She was quite curious of what happened, and through the room peep hole, she saw 2 guys came out from the opposite room and they were walking here and there outside of our room. One of the guy even sticked his ear to our door room to listen!!!!!!!!!! The next morning, my sisters woke me up and told me that they had booked other accommodations and we would checked-out this place in the morning. They also told me what they saw and heard last night, I was quite shocked. And for our safety, we checked out that morning. I couldn't imagine what would happen if we continued to stay there for another 3 nights. Please take care & stay safe !

Good hotel, good location. A bit old and the aircon is a bit low but still a great hotel good location. Staff are very nice and helpful. A still advisable budget hotel to be recommended since it is in a good location. There are nearby restaurants as well. Hotel restaurant is good too, reasonable price for a buffet with many choices.

Nice place, well maintained hotel. While the pics on the site probably are taken when the facility was brand new. Still well maintained and worth staying here. Vegetarian food option for breakfast that was provided was not tasty but something is better. Go early to have all varieties. Rooms are good, service was very prompt. We had issues with the AC and the moment I called reception within 5mins technician attended it. So, overall nice place.

Our stay at Kuta Central Park in Bali was enjoyable. The staff was friendly, and though the rooms were slightly outdated, they were spacious and well-kept. The breakfast, while decent, lacked sufficient Indian options. Overall, a good experience.

I booked here as a budget stay in Kuta after we were recommended to spend some time here. Unfortunately both the hotel and location disappointed. The hotel is run down, likely from 2 years of inactivity due to COVID, and was the first thing we noticed when we arrived. Once checked in, we were escorted past a beautiful koi pond, only to make it to a room on the ground floor that smelt damp like it was mouldy, and without even a shred of natural light. The toilet and shower weren't clean, and the AC was leaking the whole time we stayed. It was bad enough that we had to cut our stay to one day. I'm sure if we had a room with some natural light and ventilation then this wouldn't have been the case, but without any of that, the room felt like solitary confinement. It seems the whole complex was built to be a bustling retail destination, however the pandemic has likely ended those dreams as many of the shops are abandoned and/or closed. Although not a reflection of the hotel, the area is very busy with many 3 & 4 lane highways to cross to get around without much in the way of pedestrian crossings, so be prepared. I'm sure with a room with a window and easier pedestrian access we would have stayed the full length of our booking.

Rooms are good. Not enough staff. Corridors are narrow. Have swimming pool with pool bar. Though they claim that they have Indian food, it is the name only Indian and tastes Balinese. Small portions are served. If you are Indian and looking for Indian food, then better try out side.

What a large hotel very friendly staff food at breakfast time was fantastic such a massive selection of food. Hotel recovering from the pandemic but doing a good job. Location good nice 15/20 minutes to the kuta Beach. Tours out to the tourist areas about 1 hour drive or so but you see the real life of the people ace. Would 100% stay here again if visiting Bali

Had an upleasant stay during my trip. Had booked 4 rooms, 1 room was uncleaned (still messed up from the previous guest), 1 room had a badly working AC, 1 room had LEAKS in the bathroom and proceed to flood the whole bedroom, 1 room had what i assumed to be clean towel but with stains on it. 1 room also had a wrong keycard so I couldnt get into my room, went in with a masterkey and they said they would give me a new one but no one came. I put my luggage here for 2 days since i was going to Nusa Penida, went back to a broken zipper, asked the security and person in charge to see the CCTV but no follow up was made. The elevator was confusing, it only stays in one floor unless someone was operating it, so we couldnt access it from the third floor if it was left on the first floor. There were staffs inside the elevator only for a few days, the rest we need to take the stairs. Breakfast was okay. The overall experience of my stay here was unpleasant, could be due to the Eid and surge of tourist but still this all could've been prevented, furthermore this hotel has a pretty good review online.

This hotel is located in a good area as it's close to shops and restaurants (food court). The hotel also has all the facilities you need e.g. pool, room service, restaurant and spa etc. However, the hotel is a bit old and the rooms need renovation, especially the bathrooms. You get a variety of food to choose from at the breakfast buffet which should satisfy most appetite but unfortunately there is no coffee machine. The chef will make you a great omelette though. The staff are very friendly, professional and provide great service. The only negative experience I had was with the noisy guests who were loud and inconsiderate of other guests especially at night.

Kuta Central Park is the worst hotel to stay. Service is very bad. People are very arrogant, specially a lady sitting on reception doesn’t have manners to talk with customer. Rooms are not clean and contains cockroaches and lizards. AC was not working for 2 days. There is no 0 star available else we would have given 0 stars. Overall it was very bad experience staying in Kuta Central Park hotel, Bali

Feedback on kuta central park bali Here are the positive things 1.The location was good 2.Hotel was big 3.The breakfast menu had Indian options 4.The rooms were of ok size Here are the things not good 1.The reception staff is not flexible at all and were not ready to make any amendments. We had to spend hours negotiating options for upgrade. 2 . We found cockroaches in the hotel 3. AC were not working and had to follow up a lot to get it working 4. Some rooms had no windows and very suffocating. If you would have stayed in the five star hotel before then you wont like this at all. Overall we would rate it very average

Stayed here for two nights. Rooms were good, staff and service was Ok and location is good with Beaches and hotels within walkable distance. Breakfast is good with lots of options. Service could be a little better but still deserves 4 stars overall.

If I can give a zero star that will also be not enough .. very bad experience ..no menu list in the rooms , called dining they got a card and told us to take pictures .. the worst part is that the restaurant closes at 8:30 .. and the staff is rude , uncooperative and horrible .. if u want a good time go to Risata .. it’s way better .. very very unhappy

We booked a family room for 10 days. The room is big with no window which means no ventilation. The bathroom has mold on the ceiling. The shower head is loose. The room is constantly humid, even with the ac on. Nothing dries because there is no ventilation. If you go swimming and you come back with wet clothes.. good luck as it will smell the next day. The hotel needs to keep up with the maintenance. Pros: offer big rooms. Great breakfast, offers drinking water. Close to beach, shopping (20 min walk, 7 min grab bike, taxi). Food nearby. Laundry service is around the corner. Sheets are changed everyday. Pool. Wifi ( good). Con: no ventilation (family room), house keeping is mediocre (missed dust spots, lint). A plus that bed sheets are changed everyday. Mold in the ceiling corner, bathroom ventilation is weak. Leaks from the ac unit create water spots on the wall. Everything constantly feels wet. Tv (only 4 channels).

Booked standard room without windows. Room size was big. It was decent and as the price which i booked. Room service was good. Don’t expect too much. Location of the hotel is very good. Lot of restaurants near by. Kuta and Semniyak beach are also not too far. Hotel staff is supportive.

Family 👪 room is pretty spacious to accommodate 4 adults. Very centric, close to food court and grocery mart. Kuta Beach is about 20 min walk and lots of street shops to do window shopping and also for steep bargains. Only minus point is that walkway to rooms are narrow and winding, feels like a tunnel lol. So given just a star rating less. Otherwise good to stay!

I just had long journey, I was very tired and need tp take a rest very soon. But when I checked in I need to wait more than half an hour, without any attention from the staff. Seemed like they ignored me. And finally the FO let me in into my room. The room is away from the lobby and it was in a very corner. Looks like the roo. Is not suppose to be as a room. Not like what a picture shown on the online travel agency. And i decided not to use the room and checked out suddenly after 2 minutes entering the room. And I said just eat my money , I don't need refund!!! I still can afford to pay higher price in other hotel. This is the first worse experience I've ever had in my life after many years experiencing staying in hotel. I really not recommend this hotel to choose as your stay in !!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to Kuta Central Park Hotel in Bali around the end of October 2023. The place is hotel to stay during my holiday with my students of Unicore (Hotel and Cruise ship school). It was hot because it was dry season in Indonesia. The situation in hotel is crowded enough because there were many visitors during my trip. In the hotel, I can see the beautiful pool from the balcony in the second floor. The hotel is near ACE Hardware, Chat Time, and many shopping centers.

I went to Bali at the end of october, I visited kuta central park Hotel, Bali. There were many shortcomings when I stayed there starting from dirty, stained bed sheets, cockroaches on the table, rough bath towels and sticky floors, the weather cool. My experience there was less than impressive and I was disappointed.

I had booked their standard room with no window for 2 days with breakfast ( I selected this option as I thought I wouldn't be staying too much in the room but I guess a window option is better) 1. Room: the first impressions of the room were good, tv and ac worked fine, the room slippers provided seemed used, bathroom and towels were clean but on the second day it started to feel like a jail except even some jail have windows. WIFI worked just fine 2. Service: The service was good, the room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided every day. One disappointing thing was that they didn't allow you to take your complimentary water bottles outside your room. At least, that is what I was told by the receptionist 3. Breakfast: There is a buffet breakfast, which includes 2 types of food Indian and Javanese. You also have the live counter for your eggs. You will be given a food token for this when you check in, which you will need to produce when you enter the restaurant. The only thing I didn't like about the room was the stench of cigarette smoke in the air, although smoking was prohibited in the rooms, but I think it was because of the vent in the bathrooms as they were no other place for air to come in

Good place to stay, is on budget during covid 19. The room is quiet spacious with amenities. Is good for family long stay during weekend. The location of the hotel is nearby to get to seminyak and canggu, also local food is surrounding there.

The hotel is located in a very good location. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staffs are very friendly and the Buffet breakfast has a lot of good food. The main drawback which I felt was that they provided around 350 ml of drinking water every day for an individual. Rest all are good and the pool is very nice and clean. They also provide free shuttle to nearby places which is very good.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, the food was just exceptable, the actual premises needs a refurb, looking old. However I found the staff were excellent, very friendly and obliging I don't think is like to have paid full price

Good location and well maintained place. Food is good, too. Staff is very helpful. A few things I could not understand. They provide only 300 ml drinking water in the room. One bottle per person. Also, I had to ask everyday for the tea/coffee/milk powder pouches for making tea/coffee. The housekeeping staff will not keep it if not told. You cannot take room towel to swimming pool. But no service at the swimming pool after 7 PM. Only one charging point in the room. I hope they will make changes. Basically, that is a good hotel!

Due to Covid this hotel is at an extremely cheap price, beds are comfortable and the water is clean and hot. Please be aware the some rooms have no windows or view but this is tastefully replaced with nice wall art behind the bed.

Obviously still recovering from pandemic, need many minor fixes, no flippers, incomplete amenities, dead batteries on aircon remote, poor handling in noise disturbance from other guests was fatal for me. Still staffs really working hard to ensure hospitality remains.

Went to this hotel with my mum and dad in 2019 and it was a lovely place to stay and a lovely experience. Great staff at reception and pool staff as well, very well maintained gardens and eating areas, and breakfast had lovely variety of food, and even the kitchen staff made sure to deal with people cutting in line. They only thing I had to fault was that the pools closing time wasn’t implemented some nights and guests were staying in there after closing time, although after we notified the staff is was dealt with the rest of the stay. And there we’re a few noisey guests but that’s not enough to give any less stars to the hotel, some hotels you get noisy guests and it’s unavoidable. But overall great experience and well worth the price, would definitely recommend.

My wife and I stayed here last week for a few days and we had a nice experience overall. The rooms were very well maintained and excellently cleaned and organized upon our request. I wouldn’t say there was necessarily anything special about our stay, but then again I don’t have anything to gripe about either! 4 stars, guys!

This hotel is one of best four star hotel with decent price in Bali. I stayed this hotel for five days (April 28 - May 2, 2022). Although on first day, had bad experience due to Air Conditioner which didn't work well. However, the staff helped me kindly and the Air Conditioner worked well. The Breakfast is perfect. The facility which I like during in hotel was fitness center. The other facilities such as swimming pool are perfect as well as other facilities such as Meeting Room and Billiard pool. The place is strategic and had wide parking area with free enterance for hotel guests.

Great accessibility, spacious room, cupboard, table, chair, and professional staff. However, old building, old fashioned, old room, no slippers available, it’s difficult. I don’t smoke so got a room without a window, so if you don’t smoke you will be punished. If you smoke, you will get a window or balcony room. Good for old people not for the young.

The room smelled nasty (yes, that s-word smell), the drains in the bathroom were clogged, the mattress has strange stain right in the middle of the mattress and the blanket was bloodstained, and I found a used woman's underwear in the closet. GROSS. The one star only for room service who came just in a second to change my towels when I called, of course, because of 'that' strong smell from the towels.

A backup room that I found when I visited Kuta, right in the middle of the city. Room and bathroom was okay, I got a free upgrade room from deluxe to junior suite, idk why, but the staff really gave a great service. However, when I tried to sleep, the outdoor AC engine was so noisy. Need to check and fix that, since I was barely sleeping bc of that.

Checked into this hotel at 2pm and Checked out at 2.50pm. The 50 minutes was enough! Upon checking in, they advised we having a room with no windows and that they were full and had no other rooms available. We accepted and proceeded to check in and subsequently went to our room. The room was absolutely disgusting; filthy with stained bed sheets and towels. A strong damp smell and mould too. We requested to check out at our cost (loosing our fully paid sum), at which point they suddenly had more rooms to offer for an upgraded cost equivalent to half the cots of the initial sum we paid. We rejected and proceeded to organise another alternative hotel. We felt cheated as they had lied to us by telling us no other rooms were available and then suddenly rooms became available. We won't be recommending or staying here!
