good location. But this 4 stars hotel is seems like 2 stars or I could compare this to a motel. staff are friendly. We stayed for 4 nights. Air conditioners was not cooling enough so we had to request for repair, they technician went so many times into our room but it was NEVER FIXED. we regret we stayed here for our honeymoon.

An average hotel with budget tariff. I can say that it is still a decent hotel. However, having said that, the hotel is not well located and about 15 - 20 minutes away from the Kuta beach. You can actually find a lot of hotels in the kuta Beach road which offers an excellent view and an adjacent shopping area. The rooms are decent and spacious but you may have to inspect it for broken furniture before using the room. Pool is quite quite small and located at the distant end of the restaurant on the same floor. There is no mini bar in the room but a tidy and small slab with a kitchen sink. Bathroom is quite small and congested. Food is good at the restaurant but you cannot expect international cuisine quality at the in house restaurant.

Nice place to spend your days on a vacation. But I felt few things which could have made the place more great. 1. The Air Conditioning is very poor they are using a 1 ton AC where we definitely need a 1.5 ton for a room of that size and the specially considering the weather in Bali. 2. The swimming pool is pretty small. Not ideal for full swimming. You can just chill in the pool but not for swimming. 3. The food options are pretty slim. I am an Indian and also saw a lot of Indians visiting the hotel during that period. So they should increase the number of Indian cuisine during the season. But also would like to add that breakfast they give is pretty solid. Can't complain about it. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful but I always felt this place should be a 3.5 start not a 4 start hotel. Although I enjoyed the time in Bali and the stay was also decent.

(+) it's great location with its price, good breakfast for that rate. (-) less amenities e.g cotton buds and toothbrushes so we should ask first, twice we couldn't access door key for two nights, poor wifi.

I liked the hotel stay. Ambiance is very good, food taste is also good.Staff is good in attitude, polite and behaviour . Overall it was good experience.I will surely recommend this hotel for everyone and specially to visit here.

To far away from everything. Do not cater for westerners, no where indicated that they do not serve any pork. The bar fridge is so small and doesn't work properly could not even make ice. The private villa is not private it is the first floor where the other guests just look over balcony into the pool no chairs to sit outside on. The only positive for the hotel is the wonderful staff very friendly and helpful.

A beautiful hotel with nicely decorated. I liked their buffet breakfast. We have tasted their other cuisine also in room service. This is simply a best hotel within your budget. We would like to book again at our next Bali trip.

Value for money with a super comfortable stay. Staff is courteous, rooms are big & well maintained. Restaurant serves good food, breakfast spread is good too. All modern amenities including the swimming pool is well maintained. I tried the Balinese massage here & it was good. Overall a good place within mid budget.

Courteous staff. Decent facilities for the cost. Good indian food esp veg options. Complimentary water. Cleanliness is good. Walking distance to utilities. Free drop to select locations. Pool is clean but nearby rest rooms are not that well managed. Overall a good value for money.

The shower in my room is broken, the water came from the hose. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. We (me and my fam) asked for another room on the next morning as we were planned to go outside. The receptionist said yes. Then, when we get back to the hotel that night, the receptionist told us that it's been fixed, so no need to move to another room. Well, good to hear that. As we were on our way to the lift, JUST A SECOND before my mother step inside the lift, the door immediately closed by itself! Leaving my father stucked alone inside. Horrible. Thanks god, my mama is okay, my father made to get out from the lift as the hotel staffs try to help by fixing the lift, no one is hurt. But so sad my mama had to walk the stairs to the room, she hate stairs coz she is not that young again. Then, we thought it was over, but this 'amazing' experience is not over yet, the shower that the we asked to be fix is still broken. So we asked (again) to move to another room. Finally we got a better room. Everyone's is happy, except my momma's feet is hurt cause of the stairs.

It was an amazing stay there. Rooms are very good. They serve Indian food too. That's like cherry on the top. We didn't have to worry much about the fooding in Bali as we could easily get India food in the hotel.

Wonderful breakfast brought to room. The chef is fabulous. We had one of our best breakfasts there. The room was okay and quite clean. The staff was hospitable and helpful. Hotel a tad old.

Cozy place, for leisure or business trip 😘

Not quite my taste. But, to be honest, they have promotion that i can't refuse. Staff was supercool, especially Mr. Sujana in restaurant. Room was okay, but the AC worked really hard, so it couldn't reach my preferred temperature. Keep it up, Park Regis!
