I never give bad reviews but this store needs some feedback: Wanted to shop some Christmas decorations. Christmas items are 1. completely overpriced 2. prices are not on the items 3. items are in the wrong baskets/shelf's 4. they charge different prices at the check-out from what the shelf says When asking for a refund for an item they were pricing incorrectly on the shelf, they said: 'refund not possible'. After asking for the manager suddenly it was possible but took 10 min and 3 forms needed to be filled and signed to get the money back on the card we paid with. They did not fix the price on the shelf, I went again to check it. Staff even said they already changed it. Staff was not cooperating, rude and zero service oriented. Conclusion: Do your Christmas shopping elsewhere!

3 floors of hardware, tools bedding,car care,camping, household items and garden ornaments. Just about anything you want. Awesome shop a cross between Bunnings, spotlight, anaconda and Kmart. The only improvement in my view is a freight service to be able to send purchases home

Omg, this is place with a lot of fun to the fullest! You could find any various things you need while you are hanging around browsing this 3 well designed floors. Their service is nice with Balinese hospitality. Love it!

I think this is the largest Ace Hardware store in town, ranging a big selection of products. staffs are always very helpful in all branches. they have a bubble tea shop inside, called chatime. and they have several floors i think to accommodate all the products their. they can't be seen from main road so you need to follow the map. they are in the middle of shopping complex.

I have been a customer here for a number of years and have had nothing but good experiences. Recently I had an outstanding experience with them that finally prompted me to write a review. I had a problem with a safe that I bought from them about 1.5 years ago. Less than two hours after I reported the problem, a technician was with me and fixed it. The rest of the process was smooth as well. It is not often that things go so smoothly here. I would especially like to praise Pak Kusuma, who got the job done in no time. He is also such a friendly, nice and positive guy. Keep it up. 👍👍👍

Wow, what a store! They have everything you could ever imagine. It's fun just coming and seeing all the items they have. We bought a few things to take back and I just wish we had a store like this where we are from!

Good selection of hardware and other assorted home improvement products. Everything seems to be priced at the top maximum one would normally want to pay maybe because there is no nearby competition in the Kuta -Legian area. Friendly service.

Bad experience shopping, just paid for membership suddenly the member account can't used anymore. Without notice to the customer before, now have to join with Rupa rupa. Useless app, have to download another app again. Complicated. Hope other customers don't get this experience

I never gave a bad reviews lightly without even think twice. I hope this bad reviews can at-least give them a desire to improve. I bought an air bed at Floor 3, they put special price on the label, but when i got to the cashier, the discount period is already over and it back to normal price. It took so long for them to give me a fix confirmation that i have to wait for them (its already late and im not in my good health condition either), but still im waiting. At the end i still bought it in normal price BUT THEY DONT EVEN SAY SORRY OF HOW NOT PROFESSIONAL OR HOW THEY FORGET TO UPDATE THE PRICE LABEL. No sorry!!!! And i even have to ask them to prioritize me to finish the payment first since im waiting too long, but i get a SMIRK (disrespectful smirk from another cashier who process my payment, from the receipt her name is Aisyah *if im not mistaken) How UNFRIENDLY, NOT PROFESSIONAL, NOT EVEN SAY SORRY AND GIVE ME DISRESPECTFUL SMIRK??? Im so regret to shop there, i would never come again. I RATHER SHOP AT IKEA NEAR THEM. Im so stupid to even think to shop at Ace Hardware Central Park Kuta. NEVER AGAIN

3 floors with a wide range of products. The people are very helpful, as tends to be the way in Bali - but the checkouts can be a bit frustratingly slow, dozens of staff on the shop floor but often only one or two on the checkouts. Helpfully there's a coffee shop downstairs and a toilets upstairs, so you can have some free exercise into the bargain...

The shop is comfortable and most complete is my favorite to find equipment with a quality that can be trusted❤️

Awful awful awful customer service, bought a new treadmill which broke within 10 days, I had to take to service center myself and told with a replacement there will be no guarantee and will have to pay for new again. Faulty product, selling a running machine which cannot be used for running? And very typical staff don't know how to deal with any form of complaint and just pass onto the next staff again and again with no solution 🙄

First of all, their staff is not friendly at all, I am asking where I can buy electrical socket they answer me rudely. Is it because I only purchase a small things? I have to circling around before found my stuff because they won't show me. I never experience this before in another Ace hardware. I give 3 because the check out process is quite fast.

Loved this place multi storey building with more than you need. Sales assistant that helped me was fabulous. Was able to decipher what I needed & once in the right area, there was multiple choices. Very appreciative of the service & the business provided

Ace Hardware Central Park has a wide range of products for the home from tools to bicycles to furniture. Staff are very friendly and helpful and there is adequate parking.

You can find some very high quality products that will last long time and be worth what you spend. I rarely buy here and do most of my purchases at diy, but if I need higher quality i come here. Their brand krisbow is very good.

Being followed EVERYWHERE.. and not offering help or anything… Just followed me…everywhere This place is so scaryyyy And one of your employee just insert their member account to my BILLING.. When i ask.. what you input to my bill? They stopped, they paused.. Is that okay ? Is that allowed?

The staff can be very intrusive, there are few senior staff that know how to address their customers and I appreciated very much! The most new staff really needs to go back to train that being friendly isn’t just about greetings is more than that

Fabulous store. I needed some precision measuring tools for a task that unexpectedly popped up and I thought I'd struggle to find them. Ace had everything I needed in-store. For the Aussies, it's a bit like Bunnings, but for what I needed, it's even better.

I've shot many many times at Ace hardware and I found the staff to be very, very helpful. In fact, I think there's been a change in the service standard because now whenever I go there and enter a one of the employees always accompanies me and helps me find what I'm looking for and often will load it into the cart for me and then bring it to the cashier. I enjoy the clean environment and friendly cooperative staff and of course will shop there many more times because they have such a wide range of home items to select from.

Huge two storey store with a very large range of household and building supplies. I could not get the two items I wanted. One was a specialty hardware item the other a common bathroom one.

Large store over 3 levels. Extensive range of hardware and associated goods but somehow on every visit at least one of the things I'm seeking is out of stock. Helpful staff. Prices relatively high.

The interior and shop space is bigger than it looks from the outside. Fully stock with many items from tools to beddings. Good place for a one stop shop, but some items a bit more pricey.

The main store for Ace Hardware in Bali. Plenty of helpful & friendly staff. The breadth of products here seems better than their other stores.

Every ACE Hardware store I've been in has had great customer service except for this one. We were ignored by the 10 "greeters" who work there who were just visiting amongst themselves. Looked around for a bit for what we came in for but couldn't find it. Finally found a group of 3 staff having a chat & asked if they had what we wanted. One literally said "upstairs" and shooed me away with his hand. Ummm...it's 3 floors so that doesn't help much. Asked if it was on level 2 or 3...he said 2 and turned away again. Go up to level 2 & get ignored by staff there. Look around, can't find, track down staff, they say level 3. Go up to level 3 & still can't find. Finally approached by a staff who asks what we are looking for. He wasn't sure so checked with another staff member & then informed me that they don't carry what we had come in for. Ugh! Considering the fact that almost all of the staff had the same attitude I would assume that whoever is training them has let them.get away with thinking this behavior is acceptable. Absolute horrible customer service & I'll drive a bit farther to go to one of the good locations from now on.
