I booked the discovery package with my Sister! We arrived in time, and booked in advance. The communication went easy thru whatsapp. When we arrived, they explain our package, regarding there website there are some difference in it. We got a bracelet for our entrance, the lady also told us that this is a souvenir, I think, if you pay that much of money, they really can upgrade the souvenir, because the wristband is your entrance its not a souvenir. Our group consist out of two groups, the staff did a great job explaining everything during our time with the dolphins, it was an amazing experience, but I think if a group consist out 2 different languagues there should be an interaction with both groups, I felt sometimes a little bit left out. Besides this, I enjoyed my time, if you are thinking about this experience, dont be scared, the dolphins are amazing and its an amazing experience! At the end we bought all the photos on a USB-stick, the lady also explained to me that the pictures can be send thru WeTransfer, I'm still waiting for my photos to receive online, I contacted them twices, but still haven't received anything, im very very dissappointed about this. Go for the Discovery Program for the complete experience swimming and interacting with friendly dolphins. Book their earliest slot (11am) so you don’t have to wait for other people coming in. Also, choose the flash disk option for your photo collections. They have a really cute flash disk. Upon arrival you will be served a pudding and an iced tea, but really their tofu stick is so yummy.

We made a reservation for my step-daughter, who is a local and has always dreamed of this activity. The advertisement claimed that the dolphins were rescued, but unfortunately, we discovered that these poor animals are being kept in a small pool filled with chlorine. Although the Balinese staff was friendly, it was evident that the place is primarily managed by individuals from China. Regrettably, the well-being of the animals is not a priority; the focus is solely on making money. After our experience, we had a meaningful conversation with our step-daughter, emphasizing that this is not a natural environment for dolphins. Dolphins belong in the wild, not confined to a pool. We strongly advise against visiting this place due to the animal abuse we witnessed.

Prices are not cheap but it’s worth it for families with young children who wants to interact with the dolphins. On a side note, staff organization can be better addressed. We came as a group but wanted photos as separate families but they kept insisting we are a group so we should do the discovery program together. Only after explaining repeatedly they allowed us to be separated. Overall despite the small hiccups, it is still recommended for the dolphin experience.

This was a terrible experience. Beware of this tourist trap. The pricing is higher for tourists than advertised and the staff scam money out of you at every opertunity available. We booked a package for our 6 year old daughter and at the time of booking was told that we were allowed to watch and supervise her but not participate. Our booking was for at 12:30 and when we arrived in preparation for the session another member of the staff came to us with a form to waiver any and all liabilities as only my daughter could enter the facility and we must stay out side. When we questioned this we were told it would cost another $100 for us to accompany her (the staff accept no liability and expect you to consent to them looking after your child for 40 minutes in a swimming pool). They then told us that we would have to wait an additional 2 hours to be ready for the encounter. All in all this was a terrible experience and there are far better places to interact with dolphins in Bali such as the dolphin lodge. TOURISTS BEWARE

After the experience, you can get all of the photos in a beautiful Dolphins memento USB disk for 600.000 IDR. Where do I start! My husband and I had the most wonderful experience at Bali Exotic Marine Park. I have wanted to swim with dolphins for such a long time and this finally became a reality. The package was well worth it. Everything was included even pick up and drop off. The staff were wonderful! The facility is beautiful, very well kept and they have everything you might need covered and then there’s the Dolphins who will make you fall in love in seconds. I was really impressed by the whole experience, it was so exciting to be able to interact and be so close to the beautiful Dolphins. As well as being able to literally hug and swim with these incredible creatures we actually learnt so much about them it was so educational, the trainer told us so much throughout the visit and answered any questions we had about the Dolphins. I was worried about not being able to take any photos but there were actually 2 photographers there to capture everything which was just brilliant. We were able to view all the photos and videos at the end and able to purchase them. My husband and I were shocked to see that there were actually over 300 images of our experience and I promise you they were all amazing. I want to say a huge thank you to all the wonderful staff and trainers for making the experience so wonderful and a thank you to Suarez and Emon (our Dolphins) we love you. I would highly recommend you visit!

One of my highlights in Bali so far. I got the Discovery and it was amazing from start to finish - got to spend so much time with the dolphins, patting and feeding them. All staff members were so kind and can tell they love their jobs. The dolphins seemed happy too. Highly recommend :)
