Would not return or exchange the blakas (knife) I purchased a day ago which is still in its sealed, unopened package and can be resold with no issues.

Great supermarket, had a good variety of stock. Reasonably cheap considering supermarkets are generally expensive in Bali. Great service.

Good local supermarket, small but we'll stocked produce and daily Essentials with surrounding parade of shops DIY, Mobile phone etc

Very good food and the side bread from pizza Owen is fantastic. As 5 star hotel, prices are on the upper level but you pay for quality. Service has been good but I was spoiled during the pandemic when no tourists.

A couple of the other reviews are of a different store. They may be correct in their opinions of the other store however I have found the crew in this particular place to be very helpful. The photos posted are also not of this particular store. It is a great general store. The range of products is awesome.

Good selection but bad locker system

Good little place to buy basic groceries. But staff not so good. Twice already I have 2 girls trying to short change me. One sneeky girl tried to keep rp50. 000. Also they don't follow covid-19 protocol. They don't care if customers wash their hands or not. Also social distance at checkout the staff don't control.
