Stop buy the shop which has not the reputation to be friendly...unfortunately I just can say that's true. The staff is not really welcoming.. I was not allow to take a pic to send to my friend for whom I was looking for a helmet. What are they afraid by? Selling common brands helmets... I found best deal in another shop with very nice staff .

bad quality helmets. Not even a month has passed since the elastic has come apart at the seams. it was easier to buy at the nearest tent, so that it would not be so sorry for the time spent choosing a store and nerves.

Despite buying 3 AGV helmets from here over the years I can no longer handle there bad attitude, I went in today to look for another AGV helmet and as I approached the door with mask in hand trying to put it on guy at door shouting for me to put my mask on, at least 10ft away….. I went in but lost all interest. I will take my custom elsewhere

I bought a helmet at 6 pm, but during the ride back home i noticed from the shape it was hurting a bit. So next morning i called the shop to see if i could change.....only one ride use. The answer was not only NO, but also the way they convey the message was very rude ("you should know the size, bla, bla, bla"). when asking the reason why they cannot change, the just told me to read the receipt. So not only my opinion of return policy is bad, also the way they treat me was very arrogant. They should read a book or take a course on how to treat customers.
