You pick the food you want, paying a fixed price (all you can eat). You then roast the food at your table. The concept is always cool! The problem is the food itself that tasted bland, plain. It's not worth the price. You spend around 250rb per person, but you don't go for the quality. To compare with a similar place, Ra Ca has both better food AND it's much cheaper. The staff is nice, the place itself is also quite comfy and chill.

Great services and got plastic glove to take the meets , The price on 2021 about $20 per person, and one is missing about Ice Cream, there is no Ice cream on buffet, you need to request to the waitress or waiters for that, it place inside the kitchen.

The staffs are friendly, great place to dine with your family. So many choices of meats and seafoods. They have thai tea and any local desserts also. You just spend less than 200k/pax for all you can eat buffet.

I have known Hanamasa for a very long time (not only the one in Bali). I really recommend the Yakiniku, soups, desserts. I had never ordered food from the Robayaki section. However, once I tried it...unfortunately I can't recommend choosing squid, at that time they cooked it too dry and too chewy for me. Also, it's nice that we get a few choices of free drinks too, but to our liking, they are too sweet. Anyway, we will always come back again next time, it's still one of my favorites.

I have to say it was just okay. Selection was okay dor shabu and BBQ. For me it didn't excite me too much. I can't really say good or bad. Give it a try and see if it rings your bell.

This “all you can eat” barbq and steamboat restaurant is very satisfying. The foods are fresh, the sauces are tasty, clean place and nice staffs. They have so many options of meats, vegetables, drinks, sweets, fruits, that you won’t be able to try them all before you are full. At the corner of the street makes it easy to reach with wide parking space. If you like barbq and especially for people who can eat a lot, this would be the best choice ever.. 😁

The fact that there was only one occupied table in the whole restaurant when I arrived during peak dinner time says it all. Where do I even begin? The meat was so chewy it took ages for me to swallow. Salads were brownish and look like they were at least one week old. The seafood was no where near fresh. They try to scam you by serving ultra sweet drinks, then when you ask for water to dilute the drinks, they say PLAIN WATER is part of a different, chargeable package (the fact that they do this shows how desperate they are for money). The dessert section was so limited and sad, they served only a tiny portion for each dessert. One dessert (sira ubi kayu) had a grand total of two pieces served as part of the ‘buffet’ and never topped-up when it finished. The service was fine, except one of the waitresses clearly needed training. I had asked to help charge my phone at the cashier counter, left it for almost an hour, only to find out when I went to pick it up that the battery was still at 4% because the charger wasnt even turned on. The waitress casually informed me of this, and instead of apologizing, she kept asking which country I was from, what I was doing in Bali, etc. The audacity. Clearly the many good reviews for this so called restaurant are paid, fake reviews. I travelled 1 hour from Nusa Dua because I had great childhood memories dining at Hanamasa in my home town, where they no longer operate. I was so excited to find Hanamasa in Bali after so many years. But after this experience I am never coming here again, not even if you paid me to.

Great selection of Japanese hot pot foods. A bit more fun then ordering and having your meals served. The beef stock is very tasty.
