Stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel and decided to pop into this place. The vibe, the service, and the grub were all super on point for tourists. Got to indulge in some traditional Balinese dishes, and man, they were top-notch. Totally stoked about it! Out of all the things I munched on during my Bali trip, their Nasi Goreng takes the cake for me. So glad I hit up this joint!

very dark, hard to see the menu. peanut sauce is delicious. fried rice taste good, is not oily at all.

Very nice and delicious food and drinks. A lot of interesting dishes! The cocktails were also awesome! The prices are very reasonable. I love the Tuna Tartare! Really recommend! We were in the outside garden- very nice!

Chic style design restaurant with nicely done interiors and has very good ambience. Both the dishes we tried were very tasty, especially the cheese burger which came with a juicy patty, perfectly grilled and came with the right set of condiments and a rustic toasted bun.

This restaurant is a gem! All the food was absolutely delicious and the service was great. All that in a lovely interior. Not pricey either Worth a visit!!!

We had a great evening with great food! The plate for two was the perfekt choice for us so we were able to share. This way we had the chance to try more than just two different indonesian dishes 🍽️ everything tasted great🙏😊 The staff was very nice and attentive. We even got some dessert for free 🤗 Thank you very much for the great food!

Nice gin based cocktail and also not too sweet Moscow mule-ish one to finish off the meal! Balique was closed for a long time, but they started opening again from August 2022! This place offers great bread! Yummy and vegetarian friendly options like Nasi campur bali! Very well priced (IDR 100,000 for nasi campur bali - vegetaria, with chicken and seafood will he 20,000 & 30,000 more expensive.) Highly recommended!

Overall lovely place. Great decorations, lovely cocktails. No problems with service. Food was delicious, but the prices were too high. Way too high. I'd like to return, but not for that price point.

Nice place with a French vibe.... a bit pricey. If they just would stay with Chanson or Jazz in the background and not intermittently switch to House or other style music.

Nice place! Food is good, but nothing special. The place is not cheap, I think we paid more for atmosphere, than for the food.

Came here after scouring google for a decent burger in the area - and so glad we did stop here! Decor on this inside of the restaurant is really lovely and well presented. I opted for the cheese burger whilst my partner went with the Balinese chicken. Both absolutely great meals of food; skin on chips with the burger were out of this world! Only mark down I’d give it is for atmosphere: we were the only people in there at lunchtime and believe it could really do with some better signage out the front to entice people in. We nearly missed it as quite hard to spot from the road. Think some better advertising and a sign could do this place wonders. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Amazing food! We got the sharing platter and it was awesome. My 1 year old son at some too and loved it. The staff was so kind and helpful! The interior is also so cute. Loved it!

Very good and affordable place, well decorated, vintage style. We loved the atmosphere, on Xmas eve they had a local music band playing traditional music. They offered the Xmas buffet as well. I had the Indonesian platter ( I loooved it! Warmly suggested !) And the vegetarian mie goreng. All the flavours were good and balanced , everything was tasty. Also the cocktails are well done! A place to visit again

I really loved the interior of this restaurant, quirky but stylish. Friendly service too. I ordered poached egg with avocado, coffee & the biggest glass of kombucha I have ever seen! My food was tasty but quite ordinary. My friend ordered the berry pancake stack which whilst it tasted good lacked berry compote & cream leaving it dry and bland to eat.

Amazing atmosphere and good service, however the food was a disappointment…the Nasi Goreng was unflavored and maybe one of worst we had in our stay…the other plate was Nasi Campur, was okay, but not special. The space is really amazing and is a pity and that the food is not at the same level

Don't know where to start first. The food was increadibly yummy, the ambience was just just wow! This restaurant is owned by a Moroccan-born interior decorator Zohra Boukhari and her husband, so no wonder the setting is so beautiful. Staff were so attentive. We went there twice and they're consistent to deliver good quality food.

Delicious food in a beautiful environs. Both the tuna tartare and nasi campur were excellent - top marks for offering such diverse culinary styles. Restaurant is set in what seems to be a restored house - homely yet grand. A shame there weren't more people there

One of best resto in Jimbaran, very recommended. We were here for out best friend Buck's luncheon. Everything on menu were great, esp. the Lamb shank, surprised me w the excellent taste, moist textured and imported quality lamb with the best sauce. I will put it as my favo hearty menu. Everyone's happy, except the steaks that my friend ordered it takes sometime to be ready.

Delicious and fresh Balinese food. The service is efficient and the overall experience is great, including a lovely interior design. Would definitely recommend if you are in the Jimbaran area to check this place out.

Heavenly experience... a delicious meal in a lovely atmosphere. The spring rolls were crisp and flavourful, while the Nasi campur was delicious. A hidden highlight! The sambal that comes with the prawn crackers, absolutely delightful! Would 100% recommend to anyone nearby in Jimbaran, you may need to book in advance. Note: the spring roll pictures posted by me are a bit mangled, due to poking holes in the spring rolls to cool them down.

Very nice food and lovely atmosphere. I had a very tasty cocktail too. A great place for photos. The service was excellent and efficient. If you have an Indonesian dish it is large portion so very worth the cost.

Awesome place! I feel like it is easy to miss, we walked by it two times before noticing. Don't do our mistake! Good that there's Google maps and loads of pictures online 😂 This place offers great value for money - delicious food, nice staff, unique atmosphere. Card payment is possible.

Balique is a quaint Indonesian restaurant located a short walk away from the InterContinental Resort. The food is really good - we tried their set menus and were totally blown away by the quality of the meal! I particularly liked their tempe, beef rendang and their gado gado. Even though the set is meant for 2 pax, it can be shared quite comfortably for 3 (or 4 if you order some other side dishes). Restaurant was quiet and not too crowded. Overall a very delightful experience - I’d love to visit again the next time I visit Bali!

Wonderful ambiance! Sangria was good for sharing, food was very good! Recommend the seafood linguinee! Bathrooms were very clean and beautifully decorated! They also have a baby changing station, a place to hang your purse, envelopes for sanitary napkins. Many thoughtful touches. The people were also very welcoming and kind. Played with our 1 year old daughter.

Incredible place in the heart of Jimbaran. Food is fantastic, service is wonderful and the place looks really really nice. Definitely recommend it. We paid 193.000 each (7 people).

Fantastic place. Food was perfect!! Service was absolutely spot on! We were all very impressed!! We had 4 entrees which were all amazing, mains were very tasty and desserts were so lovely!! Highly recommend!!

We truly enjoyed our meal at Balique. We splurged a little (spending approx. 30USD) and chose the RIJSTAFELL share platter for two (a selection of Indonesian dishes). Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were attentive and the restaurant was pristine with beautiful decor. Highly recommend.

Outstanding! From the moment we walked in the service was excellent. Had the dizzy dame cocktail, it's the best cocktail I've had in years. Ordered the share platter, absolutely delicious, every bite was divine. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. This place is a little hidden gem , the decor is beautiful. Amazed it's not fully booked every night, it deserves to be! Definitely try it if your in Bali 😍
