Good food for those peoples who love spicy. But the price is a little bit high compared to other restaurants in Kuta Bali. The restaurant interior also not so much friendly..... I will say it's a place for one meal.

Delicious Indian food! Their fish curry tasted like it was grilled on an open flame. Comes with onions, green bell peppers and tomatoes. Same with their Chicken tikki masalah, comes with the same veggies along with an egg! Red sauce and buttery. Spicy is spicy. You can choose from mild, medium or spicy. Their lentil soup was chalk full of flavor. Their chutney comes with green and red sauce. The red is delightfully sweet and their green is spicy. Also comes with pickled onions. Credit cards accepted here. They have set menu specials and also lunch specials. Very, very friendly staff members.

Food was below average, especially disappointed with the lamb biryani which had a lot of fatty pieces and stretchy bits that were inedible (look at pic). Also ordered a lamb and chicken thali which is made up of small portions of rice, yoghurt, lamb curry, chicken curry and lentils and comes with a dessert of gulab jamun. Was looking forward to the tray but again very bland in taste and only flavoursome item was the dessert which tasted like it was made fresh. Restaurant is not very clean either and staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. I’d say if you are after a slight taste of Indian food, then visit. Otherwise there are plenty of other places offering Indian food that tastes so much closer to home than here!

Have had food here twice in one day today. Absolutely loved it. Location is very strategic. Right at the t point if ur coming from legian street. It serves south indian and north indian food made pretty good. We had been travelling through phillipines before coming here. First its very difficult to find indian restautants there and second if you find one the dishes arent really done well. In our 10 day stay there, we had indian food only 3 to 4 times. So i dont know why this play is rated so low, but it should be around 4.5 somewhere.

The food was tasty and the service quick. I had tandoori chicken which was lovely and my son had butter chicken which he loved. Simple and authentic.

Average food, fish was mostly flour- with a hint of actual fish. Ordered the chefs special grilled chicken and it came in a small portion. It was dry with a little dry spice sprinkled on it. Was quite expensive, service was good though. Expect a 15% service charge.

Late in review, visited in July and August 23. After trying other restaurants and big disappointment, I tried this one. It was surprising that one of the best ,authentic Indian foods I found out. I think I visited more than 10 times, and i never disappointed with their food and service. The ambience was awesome. Service is really so nice, music is a little loud but nice to listen to. All the items were with awesome taste, a perfect combination of spices and with awesome taste. I suggest you mist try all kinds of biryanis, all are superb tasty. They prepared lassi from curd..so taste is so different than yoghurt. Roti is so fresh and feels like homemade. I give all credit to chef VIJAY.. one of the master. You can try DAL. Oh my omg that's so superb. Typical North Indian taste.. all vegetables are so superb. Aloo gobi is superstar. But other vegetables are also tasty..I must suggest samosa and tea.. that was mind-blowing, and they serve it very nicely. Staff is so professional. I must suggest that if you are in bali and want to taste authentic Indian food, this is the place where you can find it.

After a crazy and tiering shop around the busy Kuta area, stepping into this restaurant was great. Calming atmosphere inside, and wonderful vibe from the Kuta nightlife if you are seated outside. Amazing vegetarian and vegan options, and delicious food all round. I had the spicy eggplant dish and it was divine!

We had Papdi chat, pakora, paneer paratha, Gobi paratha, butter roti, baingan tomato sabzi, curd rice and masala tea here. Ended with Shahi tukda. They made everything so authentic and tasty. They are decently priced, staff is very friendly and they run promotional offers often.

The taste is good, but the wait is too much. We had to wait over 30 minutes for the food, and then the NAAN was too smaller than we thought, so we order couple of more naans, then again the wait was too much that our meal got cold and we had to stop eating while waiting for the naan. I’m sure you guys can do it better if the wait time reduced. Cheers and good luck

Masala Chai is the only good thing here and the ambience is really good. The food is below average, don't order papdi chat or any other chats, it's all bad. Not worth it. If you want to go and have a nice chai, then it's really good to visit. I didn't like other food

It was like getting water in the dessert when we had been to Bali. Food was better compare to many restaurant's we had been in the Bali. Do recommend this restaurant for pleasant dinner. They can improve a bit serving with traditional Indian taste.

I had food at many indian restaurants mainly ubud, nusa pendia, even In kuta. I thought of trying this place and honestly I felt like it was more of a indian food for foreigners but not indians. I had tea and had ordered dahi Puri as well but very clearly I mentioned not to prepare or bring it before I finish my tea ( quantity is for 2 also was trying to enjoy my tea then rush). While having tea I told the waitress to bring vegetable biryani instead of dahi Puri to which she said it was already prepared, which wasn't true as you know it will get soggy if it is prepared for more then 20min and just is resting in the kitchen. So I HAD to say ok. And then I had the biryani on the go and some at the restaurant. Dahi Puri was blend nothing Indian about it , tamarind sauce was absolutely sour which is fine but the green sauce was sour as well. No filling except potatoes a bit ( I waited for the dish to come after my tea which the staff apparently said was prepared already, I don't know why on earth you have to lie). And this was like 50k something. The accompaniment with veg biryani , the sour curd, the quantity was so less I was feeling embarrassed. A real indian restaurant will know what to give as an accomplishment with an Indian dish but these guys even charge for pickle or onion. I already had quite a bit of rice and then the staff comes and asks me if I want chilly or onion as it free ???? Why would you just not give it with the food ? First time in my months trip to bali I have never felt this disappointed of spending money. You serve Indian food you need heart to serve in an Indian way. And yes since the staff kept asking about feedback I was quite frustrated and I just said yes it's nice because I didn't see the they were gonna do anything about it anyways. Also I did not like how the staff was a bit pressurizing to add more food items ( indirectly while asking for your order ).

Went to this restaurant to try it out. It was the right the decision, the food was just great. We got transport from our hotel as it was raining. When we got there we were greeted nicely. Freshly cooked authentic Indian cuisine at reasonable price. Though, it was pooring down rain that night we visited and also THE ELECTRICITY WAS CUT OFF, the people were continuing to serve, lighting up candles and kept going with the business until electricity came back on. GREAT WORK! Must try and recommend. 5 stars Keep up the great work!

Not the best Indian food we have had. They mixed the spices up on myself and my partners order. My butter chicken was too spicy to finish and the korai had no spice. They also said the chicken would be boneless but it had many bones.

I am sitting here and contaminating about why would a restaurant not take the chance to fix a problem when the customer has pointed out the problem exclusively. This place is not bad in the atmosphere but the food is horrendous. I ordered one butter chicken and one chicken kaday and my god the chicken kaday was not eatable at all. I pointed out the problem and they just simply ignored it like it is not their problem that the food is not cooked properly. I would highly advise folks to try other Indian restaurants. This one is not good. You will be very disappointed.
