It is actually a good store, but I have little bit bad experience in here. I was ordering hibiscus tea with raspberry syrup. The taste is totally lame, I've been ordering this for about 6 years, so I know the taste. When I ask the barista to make a new drink, they look unhappy. But I cant lie the taste was pretty bad. They replace my drink with the new one (different barista made my second drink), it taste good! So maybe the first barista have a bad day, but please dont get mad when the customer complain. Ive been drink that for very long time, I def. Know if something wrong. But the store is really nice tho

Starbucks does it again... Hats off to Starbucks for training their employees to be so nice and always providing great customer experience! Loved everything about this new Starbucks ❤️ Set at the main entrance of The Trans Studio Mall on the 1st level it’s a great place to relax and have some drinks and deserts. It’s very spacious with inside and outside seating. Cozy & Comfortable Atmosphere! Awesome Staff who are always smiling :) Drinks were made to perfection!

Im a starbucks regular and been to almost all in Bali. And I must say this is the worst so far. Baristas were not friendly and they dont call your name when your drinks are ready. so with mine I had to look over a couple of times and the drinks have been sitting there for a bit. For the management, please go over the standard operational procedure with your staff!

I visit Starbucks regularly ordering the same coffee like I usually do. Only this time, I visit the Starbucks Trans studio. Wow... I got one of the best freshly brew of the day. According to barrista, it's called Italian roast or similar to dark roast of another kind of beans. Friendly staff with all smiles.

Nice place to chit chat with friends or just to enjoy coffee. Located at the newest mall in Bali Trans Studio Mall ground floor. Today I got a text from telkomsel that I can get a free grande size of any kind if I purchase a grande size of any kind.

I often ordered Matcha latte in Starbucks. Can't count on it maybe hundred of times I ordered hot matcha latte in various locations of SB. Those cups I had is the regular milk hot matcha latte. Today I went to SB in Trans Studio and was offered a matcha latte with Soy milk by the cashier staff. Have no idea how it taste so I ordered a cup of Hot matcha with soy milk. Turns out it tastes like whole Soy Milk, no green tea or matcha taste AT ALL. So disappointed. My suggestion to you all whenever you have time to drop by Starbucks at Trans Studio Mall do not ever order Hot Matcha with soy milk!!! It is so bad. Unless you indeed wanna drink Soy Milk then order it!

Good staffs . Last time i was there the staff asked me to have coffee time where he prepared one of their best bean and ask the customer to try. I love Starbucks. Simply recommended. They dont only sell coffee, they are also giving best service. My friend always ask me why i go to Starbucks? My answer... Its the service , no 1. The ergonomic chair, no 2. The coffee no 3. 😁

Cappuccino smelled funny (like feet). First time going to a starbucks and is definitely overrated. Staff were friendly and remade the cappuccino, but it didn't fix it.
