We came by 3 am in the morning… Only drive thru was available. We had dine in in mind…. But was not allowed… thanks anyways

Like other Mcdonald's, this place serves pretty good fast food with a clean atmosphere and an ordering system with fast and systematic service. But don't forget to try the chocolate ice cream cone which has an original chocolate taste.

Clean and nice. Faster than usual service compared to Other restaurants. Spacious parking space. Expensive rice 🙈. Good food. “Cool” place—good ventilation. We just hope that there’s an option to order with a person not just digital.

The best mcd in bali haha, actually i have a little bit problem when i was doin the payment and the manager of the mcd was actually humble and fast for handling the problems thanks 🙏

Service was great! This is the cleanest maccas in the world I swear. I got the prosperity burger thing it was so yum- it tasted like pepper and barbecue gravy... something like that. There was also a marshmallow chocolate pie which tasted alright.

This place is not too spacious but comfy enough to get your meals there. There are 2 floor, where the 1st floor is used for ordering menu and the 2nd floor is used for dining in. In this place, there are self-service order machine. You can use cash and card or digital money to pay the bills👌👌

Good services during pandemic, they follow the health protocol. Big and comfortable place at 2nd floor. I tried the new menu, Indonesia curry chicken. It was tasty.

A two-story McDonald's, with 3 electronic order desks on the first floor. They work great, pages load quickly. You take a plate with a number and take a seat wherever you want. They will find you by number and bring you your order. The order was brought instantly, despite the fact that it was an evening and there were a lot of people.

Pretty large space with lots of seating on the second floor. Can order using the kiosks, in English and Indonesian, and either pick it up at the counter or have them bring it to your table. Really interesting mix of food choices: Indonesian rice dishes, spicy chicken, beef hamburgers, etc. and a lychee tea drink that I particularly loved. Lots of families come here so it’s a little loud…a play place would be a good fit here. :)

The massive McDonald’s has both drive in and eat in. On the second lvl had full views of the area. Cash and card accepted, ordered in English menu. Try the local food menu 🥰🥰🥰

A very modern poppy, pleasant, clean, bright, the view from the second floor is just wonderful, you can make your own ideas for sun blinds, you can open them a little, there are places with ceiling fans, there are air conditioners. There are highchairs in the form of red Happymeal. The food is incredibly delicious, just dump the head! We are delighted. Very spicy chicken. Direct really spicy. You can also make your own spicy sauce, instead of ketchup, it is really spicy in this establishment, served on small disposable paper serving plates. we were very pleased. toilets are clean and tidy. There is toilet paper, soap, hand dryer. very clean and decent establishment. from guests, families with children, students. Best of all, they serve Rice with a spicy South Korean kimchi snack. it's just a headstock. A fantastic meal, absolutely blown away! 😇🥰😋😋

Automatic order by the machine. Came by just to have their apple pie and sundae to enjoy by the beach. Security guy is so helpful. Parking lot is big and so easy to access.

Masks required, our temperature were checked before we went in. Food was served very fast, in less than 4 min. Food was good, drinks were cold. As European it was interesting to see different things in menu like rice, spicy wings, different drink options and more. Good experience.

Great food, I had a Big Mac and French fries with a Coke. Great service. Staff very efficient, helpful, polite and friendly. Dining-in area kept very clean and tidy by the staff. Upstairs toilets also very clean. Convenient location. Thoroughly recommend this McDonald's in Sanur.

Super disappointing. The burgers are cold and very dry, the fires were also cold. Cheese is COLD, it was not melted at all! Please fix the kitchen!! Burgers are supposed to be warm and cheese is supposed to be melted! French fries taste TERRIBLE when they are old, cold and hard. So bad. This was a completely ruined meal.

Great location in the intersection of main road in Sanur area. A plus point is that they have mushola for moslem praying. They serve dine in and takeaway. Can order through the machine or order directly. You need to show ur pedulilindungi vaccination proof before entering building.

Excellent pancakes, egg burger and beverages. Breakfast plus drinks for two at AU$7. Lots of parking. Easy access. Fast, friendly service.

The drive-thru always save the day! Especially when you're in a rush and tumtum starving. The staffs are excellent!

Tried out many different foods of a Indonesian McDonalds. Nasi, Chicken and actual flurried McFlurries. For westerners, you won't look much past it however for a A$20 feast, it's delicious
