What i wish when i went here is golden sunrise, increase slowly from the beneath, for me honestly it is one of the magical momment to see, not only in the summit of mountains. Pantai Karang is one of beaches which are in Sanur area. Best time to visit is around 06.00 - 07.00 in the morning, besides catching sunrise you can enjoy morning with doing anything, like as jogging, canoeing, yoga, etc.

Karang Beach Bali in line with Sanur beach. A really nice family friendly beach if you are in Sanur, but keep an eye on the low and high tides of the sea if you want to swim. ACTIVITIES You can rent canoe for 30k IDR, kayak, see through bout, bike for 25k IDR/ hour or launch a kite. Also you can do yoga for free starting at 7:30 am or light swimming in the shallow water. To me best time to enjoy is 5:45-7:30 am, before it’s getting too hot and too crowded. For 50k you can rent sun lounger with umbrella for all day. That includes towel and use of their restroom. I wish it was cleaner, there is some plastic and seaweed along the water line.

Great view for sunrise. Don't forget to rent the transparent canoe, it's really good for taking pictures and videos with the gorgeous view as background, and we can see the corals and sea grass clearly through our canoe's body. The canoe rental center open at 6am and the best time to rent it and capture your moment on it is around 6 to 8am. Transparent canoe: 30k IDR for 30 minutes. Open: 6am Best time to take pictures on canoe: 6 - 8 am Make sure you got a good partner as your companion on canoe to capture your best moments! 😁😁😁

Had 7 days in Sanur & frequented Karang Beach. Great beach & water is clean. Nice little island out from the beach that is accessible by walking to it through the water

This is the nicest beach I've ever seen in Bali so far, it's beautiful, clean, not too crowded. I like that they have pavement all along the beach line so people can ride a bicycle there, there are few places that provide bicycles if you want to rent it, so you can go cycling along the beach line. The sand is clean, the water is so clean, it's pristine which makes you able see the bottom and the plants under the water. I can play and running around the beach barefoot without stepping on rocks or pebbles. The water and the tide is calm, it's a perfect beach to play if you have a little kid. The beach was quiet and it's wide, so you have a big space to play without worry about bump into somebody. They have a place that looks like a small rock mountain which has gazebo in it, it's located a little further from the shore, you just have to walk through the water few meters to get there. There are many stores and restaurants nearby from the beach, just go to the main street then you will find them, it's such a nice area. I really love this beach! My wife and my daughter also enjoyed the time we spent here, this is my new favorite spot in Bali. Maybe next time I will explore another beach in this area. -Jul 2023

This is such a gem of a beach. At low tide there is so much to see and explore. We must have come back here three or four times and saw different tidal animals each time. Beautiful place to watch the sunrise, relax, and just take some time to unwind

The perfect beach to go cycling. They build a really nice paving for both walk and bicycle, it cost 30k / hour to rent a bike, and there are lots of resorts to have food! Highly recommend to spend some time here <3

Karang Beach is a beautiful beach with white sand, lots of local and foreign tourists because there are many accommodations and local residential areas around it. Apart from natural tourist attractions, there are local specialties such as pork satay, various Balinese snacks and young coconuts. Along Sanur beach there are places to rent bicycles, the rental price is 25 thousand rupiah per hour. You can also join yoga activities every morning at 07-09. Voluntary prices. With decades of teaching experience studying yoga and meditation. If you want to practice yoga, please bring your own yoga mat. Namaste I love Bali My Sanur

There's beautiful, peaceful calm beach, and nothing else. I suggested you to bike your way in or/and out there. The wind are cold and even though the cafes are miles away from this beach, it is a sight to see

I love the environment. It’s a good place for active people doing sport. I usually come for the morning yoga, which is free. You can also see people jog, ride an electric bike etc. Many cafes around and also local warung. I also love the sidewalks because they’re quite big and many trees around. Kids friendly too. This place got a delighful local vibe.

Nice place to hangout..Low tide noon till evening.. Kinda hard to set up a hammock because of few trees and they are planted far apart.. Anyways great place to relax and jog!

Beautiful beach with quite strong winds, suitable for kitesurfing. Plenty activities to do such as canoeing, paddle board, snorkeling (too bad the water is a bit murky and a there are tons of seaweed, be careful cuz you wouldn’t know what’s behind them). You can rent 2 sunbeds for Rp25.000, canoeing around Rp25.000-30.000 depends on the type of the canoe at how many people it can hold (1-3 people). There’s also bathroom and shower for Rp3.000 to Rp5.000. Some foodstall, warung, and adequate parking facilities are available yay.

Very authentic beach, with a nice walk/bike line that goes all the way to Sanur. Very nice in the morning, quite shadowy in the afternoon

Nice calm beach, especially for baby and toddler to feel the morning sun and salt water. Try to be a witness of the full moon rise. The orange pink moon rises from the sea. Awesome!

Went here near sunset, on our way to Ubud from Ungasan. What a nice place to rest halfway. I went for a dip but we just discovered that the beach around Sanur was pretty much covered in seaweed. Still went for a dip anyway, and saw some fish.

Nice beach for sunrise and sunbathing! Try their spring rolls aka lumpia if you go there. There are some selection of foods sold around here such as pork satay, some traditional snacks, meatballs etc. Pretty crowded on the weekend in the morning and afternoon. Parking fee for bike is Rp 2.000.

Very good place to have a walk with friend. It was hot that time, sunny days. But it was beautiful place to visit. They have turtle conservation area which free to be visited by Tourist. They have donation box also so we could donate some penny 🐢

This is a public beach with good sea view. However, I wouldn’t swim there. The beach is not quite clean and the sea does not give any envy to swim there and the waves were quite strong even they say that the east part of Bali is calm. There are some souvenir shops around there, you can check them if you need to but something.

👍👍 After entering, go to the very right and the first shop is where I ate. Sate Kambling 25k and Rice 5k. Then had dessert from the same row from an old gentleman. One strawberry doughnut costs 1k. Around 20 to 25 stalls were there I think and a few clothing shops too. If you are in the area, you can...
