Supposed to be a nice place. But cleanliness... see photos for yourself. Pillows are million years old. AC isn’t cold either. Look for another place. I am glad I am only here for a night.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Internet connection is OK. Room cleanliness should be improved. I got a room in the corner, smells moldy & musty.

Great place to stay, staff excellent and accommodating. Quiet location but close to everything, Night Markets, Main St. Scooter hire available which was great. Best beer fridge ever in Bali..ice cold Room cleaned daily, good value for money, great pool. Will stay again.

Worst place in Bali, never go to this place. they never clean the room or change the towels. And the pool smells like pee. So disgusting place. and the most horrible staff. .....

I stayed 3 nights here and I had a hard time communicating with the staff in English. They did not understand me when I asked for a gluten free breakfast (even though I had asked online ahead of time as well). They keep saying yes (to avoid conflict) but they didn't understand what I was trying to say. It's not great of course, but I could live with that. I've also tried communicating the time of breakfast with them but each time they did not meet my required time. A little bit frustrating. Then on my second night, I discovered a lot of bugs crawling on my bathroom floor, some in my bed and under the bed... Gross. Not a great first impression of Bali for me. 1 night would be more then enough here.
