A place to stay next to the owner's house in a traditional Balinese style house. We stayed here overnight, the room was clean enough, toiletries were not provided. There is no hand washing soap either. Only clean towels are provided. Hot water and AC worked well. The service was friendly, the taste of the fried rice is delicious.

Spacious room, heated shower. It is a good location within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and a market. No need to set up your alarm clock, you will be woken up by a symphony of countless birds, Rooster, chickens dogs and who knows what else. They have a lovely little pool. Breakfast was decent, you come to the pool area and choose from a 3 option menu, Nasi goreng (not available then) egg sandwich or pancakes served with tea or coffee. Rai and his family were just amazing hosts. We had great chats and the poolside and sitting area were just relaxing. I had a bali belly when staying here so didn’t really made it out of the house. We arrived when there was a full day and night temple celebration in the the temple next door so best check that before booking, it’s only once a month. Other then that great spot with laundry option.

We only stayed one night. We wanted to be near the harbour to take the boat early morning to Lembongan. For that reason it was a great option for a low budget (15€for two with 2 breakfast). Pros: The bed was comfortable and big. Bed sheets clean. Breakfast was fine. Quiet place and nice pool. Cons: not very clean, ants everywhere, humidity everywhere, needs urgently renovation. The towels were old.

Lovely owner family which help you and answer all of your questions. We were here 3 times. The homestay is in a quiet area but very near to the beach and restaurants. Comfortable and clean rooms. There is also a little pool and parking space.

My friends and I stayed at the Rai House Sanur for 4 months because we were studying in Bali. It was such an unique experience and we would definitely do it again! The family is really friendly and we felt so welcome. It really felt like a home. Especially the dog is super cute! I really miss the time we had there. The food is also really good. The boys loved the pancakes😂 Can really recommend this place. The next time I’m in Bali, I will definitely visit this place again😍

Not for family. Good for really low cost accommodation. The place is clean. Rooms are good size.

Superb room for it's price. Clean, spacious room, large bed, air conditioning, hot shower. 750m from port to Nusa Penida, very ideal for those who need a place for transit before going to Nusa Penida the next morning. You can store your luggages here while you're travelling. Did not tried the breakfast.

Great value for what it offers: 10 min walk to reach the ferry dock. Nice place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff. Due to me getting sick, owner was really helpful and toughtful. Really appreciated.

Very clean and big room. We stayed for 3D2N. The host were very welcoming and helpful. Especially Kadet. He was very sweet. And they even let you swim at night. Definately will recommmed Rai House. Thanks for having us

A very cute and convenient guest house with a pool, a morning kitchen and a terrace. Shy place, situated inside a village site of city. AC units are OK and clean, rooms are not small and cleaned daily. Hosts are polite and welcoming :)
