I was in this guest house normally for 3 months. A man I know is negotiating the price: 4.5M / month. But after 20 days, nobody came to clean the room and the air conditioning system did not work. I tell that to the owner but after 10 days, nothing changes. I have to ask my contact to speak with the owner to know the reason. The owner wants more money! But he told me nothing, he does not clean the room and does not fix the air conditioning to make me leave, because he hopes to have new customers who will pay more. Do not go to this place!
