The territory and the pool is clean and nice. Though Superior Double room is ouch: super worn out, dirty and peeled of walls, sink is out of order. When checked in I had no towels, no blanket or sheet and no toiletries although Booking com description had it. Admin promised to bring it once I get back. We'll see:) And haven't seen breakfast yet lol Anyway, it's 13.5$/per night and Kita center which is nice if you wanna try surfing like I do.

If you booked Airy Eco Kuta Poppies Lane Dua Benesari Bali That is actually this hotel called Sandat Hotel Checking in at 9pm they should have your room ready.. They didnt even have our bookings.. Moved rooms 3 times because all the rooms where dirty.. Air con very average.. ONLY COLD WATER SHOWERS 🚿 3 floors stairs only no elevator . Has a balcony. Sheets where ripped and stained towels real old and crusty. Yeh its budget, but stayed in a fancy hotel for $3 more a night in a better location... I would not recommend it it is not very comfortable place to stay. Quite dated looks nothing like the pictures When i booked

I stayed my last to nights in this places and it was really bad, first night the aircon didn’t work, the room was really dirty, and the sheets weren’t clean When we did check out and paid the didn’t accept my money because one of the bill was a little break one te tip, they gave me that bill when I paid for a bottle of water. Anyway, if you want to have a better experience here in Bali, don’t stay here.

Very very bad experience with sandat hotel bali. It's terrifiing.. horrible. Total hotel is empty .. No one is staying here In all rooms.. ac are not working properly , washroom is not good in any room . All the taps are junk , and no bucket and mug in washroom. And the great thing is there is no single fan. No cupbords in room. Charging point is not working . Worst television . Only bed lamps are using.. for all the rooms Images in the google are vereid from realty .. dont come and stay here .

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!! Wouldn't even stay here if I got it for free. First of all hotel organized a taxi to pick us up at airport and drop us to hotel, and sent us to wrong hotel. Had to pay for another taxi to bring us to right hotel. As soon as we entered the room a smell hit us straight away! The bed sheets were yellow with stains and pube hairs all over them, they were suppose to be white!! Air con was broke!! My partner opened the fridge and I got a horrible smell.. the fride was covered in mould!! The bin was covered in mould!! Don't even get me started about the bathroom, bathroom was so dirty and disgusting, I wouldn't even use the toilet!! There was a squirrel running up and down the wall!! The whole hotel was just absolutely vile!! Don't know how on earth it has 3 stars cos kip doesn't even deserve 1 star!! There was no complentery water like advertised either! But too be honest if there was I wouldn't even trust drinking from there. There was no towels or hot water either!! We we're suppose to arrive at hotel at 7.30 but because of diaster we were still sitting in room at 11 o clock looking up hotels to move to. We were both thirsty and hungry after not eating since 10am that morning in airport. We were afraid to leave room cos der was nowhere safe to put all our belongings. It was beginning to look like a holiday from hell and just wanted to go bk on plane home. We ended up getting taxi at 11pm to a hotel called ' Harris hotel' in Tuban. That hotel was amazing and so CLEAN. Staff at harris hotel were also amazing. They changed your bedsheets n towels every day. And gave bottles of water every day. If we ever return to bali we be defo returning to harris hotel.

Would probably leave 3.5 stars if possible. I stayed here for 5 nights and was happy with my stay. The staff was friendly enough and the outside area with the pool is really quite nice and clean. The rooms are basic and feel a little bit outdated, but the bed was comfortable. WiFi either didn't reach my room at all or was very weak when it did. WiFi is decent in the lobby. No hot water with the shower. Air worked pretty well. Close to several restaurants and not too far from the beach. A decent place to stay to rest after the long flight and then move on out of Kuta.

Quiet OK for a tight budgeted tourists but I think can improve more on services such as daily cleaning in occupied rooms and toiletries should be included too. The breakfast also quiet bland, would be nicer if they have buffet breakfast. The pool is nice though, love it.

Not a bad choice for the budget traveler. The cheapest rooms aren't that great though. You can probably negotiate an upgrade for a few dollars extra per night if they have room. The pool is nice and clean, and it's really handy to have a wee fridge in the room. The location is a strong selling point - you're close to the beach, lots of restaurants, and shopping. There's a place to have your laundry cleaned across the street, as well as a mini mart and a spa/massage parlour next door.
