Best gym in town, well equipped & very friendly instructors.

Stayed in Sanur for 3 weeks and located the gym down the road from where we were staying. It is situated in the Prime Plaza Hotel but is available to outsiders. Took a months membership which cost me $62 NZ which was good value given I used it every morning. Only restriction was that I could only use the facility between 9am - 4pm otherwise had to pay more but that was not an issue for me. Good selection of equipment but I mainly used the treadmills which they were 8 of and never had to wait. All equipment in really good condition and facility immaculate. Towels provided. Has sauna, massive spa pool and showers which you can use. 2 personal trainers in gym all the time. Wifi was reasonable but faded when busy. Overall could not fault it.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Sometimes to join gym as a girl can be a little intimidating. And you prefer a friend to come and train with you. We thought to get a personal trainer, because we are not that familiar with the equipment and need some guidance. At this gym they have couple session package. But if you want to train together for the first time you must separately pay FULL price as if you are training alone. But you are sharing a trainer time with a friend. Makes no sense. First of all to get the package you must try to see if the trainer is good for you or not. But not at this gym. So they just lost 3 potential customers because they don’t encourage shy ladies to join the gym. And they don’t even have wet wipes. If somebody sweaty using the equipment you have to use it after without wiping, super unhygienic.
