The Bali Reptile Park is a wonderful attraction that offers something for everyone. The park is home to a wide variety species and is surely worthwhile your visit. Really great with kids. We spend over 1,5 hours there with our four kids. Entrance admission is 200k IDR that includes your own guide who is really knowledgeable and friendly. Buying tickets online saves you 10%. There are plenty of parking spaces shared with Bali Bird Park. The restrooms are clean and well maintained. Overall it was a great family experience! Thanks Bali Reptile Park.

(Translated by Google) The cozy and well-kept park is not very large in area, there are many types of snake lizards, several types of crocodiles and turtles, the tour was conducted by a Russian-speaking guide, it was interesting that the king cobra is simply magnificent, the combed crocodiles are huge, there is a contact area with turtles and iguanas, the first time I saw a gecko "Toki" who screams like a hiccuping chicken, you must have heard on the street. The cost of an admission ticket of 200k (1000 rubles) is expensive of course, but you can save money and not go to the boring and tourist-occupied Monkey Forest in Ubud.

We paid 100K IDR per ticket, what includes a personal guide, who is quite knowledgeable and helpful. You will see snakes, lizards, turtles, and you can pet (or hold /pose with) some of them. You can also feed crocodiles, for additional 100K IDR per ticket, what can result in interesting videos :) We took a lot of photos, and spend around 3 hours there. Definitely visit this park, if you are lizard fan 👍

This place was amazing! A must visit when in Bali. Every admission comes with a guided tour. The guides are really knowledgeable and we can tell that they must really love the reptiles there! There even was a free roaming reptile area where we got to handle some of the reptiles such as an iguana! Our guide was great and taught us how to handle these reptiles! Would love to return in the future!

Healthy reptiles.. many types of snakes.. they cage the dangerous ones .. they let go the not dangerous reptiles. Some seem get used to live with human beside them. Experienced and knowledgeable guide explaining to the kids, this is very helpful. The kids didn't just go in and pass by... but they asked more and more.. keep it up! Maybe we need more clean and dry toilet 😊🙏

Our son loves reptiles, the in price included guide tour through the park (in our case guided by Adi) made this one an unforgettable experience! Adi did such a great job!!! Explained and shared sooooo many interesting details about each species. Would definitely advise to visit to everyone interested in snakes or iguanas.

Came here for educational purposes. Since there’s many type of snake in Bali, I eager to know many more species of snakes for better understanding. This place is cool, the animal is healty and well taken care of. The staff is professional, well trained and friendly. It took me an hour to explore and learn all these exotic reptiles.

It was a wonderful experience for my family, especially for my kids. It was our first time visiting bali reptile park even we lived in Bali for 20 years. Bali reptile park really have nice ambience, lots of reptile, and cozy place. My kids really enjoy having tour in this place. Especially for friendly “bli gung” that guide us around the park and giving us lot of information about snake, crocodile, etc. And also dont forget to join feeding the tortoise. Soooo much fun 💕

If you love reptiles/animals, you would love this place. Very well maintained. The reptiles look well taken care of. What I loved the most is the area we can interact with them and pet them and feed them. Builds a real connection. You can feed the crocodile there. It’s donation based. You can pay about 100.000 IDR or about 7 USD that goes towards the donation. I’ve seen crocks in the television and even soon. But when I fed it, I actually realized how strong they are and could visualize how STRONG It’s jaws are when it makes the snapping sound like metals bang. The guides there are super friendly and make sure you are comfortable and have an amazing time and take their time to explain things. Thank you 🙏🏽

One of my favorite places in Gianyar. The place, though not quite huge, is well designed. Feels like a forest in the middle of Gianyar. The ticket for an adult is 150K, which includes a guide. I got a female guide who's a college student and she was quite informative and helpful. The park has a unique facility called Petting Area in which you can interact with several species of lizards and tortoises. Outside the Petting Area, there are areas for lizards, various species of crocodiles (which are really enormous), and a komodo dragon. You can also view unique snakes in a cave called the Serpent Cave. If you are interested to feed the crocodile, the park offers a feeding program by paying 100k. You'll be given a feeding stick and chicken to feed thr crocodile.

A very nice reptile park with extensive collection and a very knowledgeable guide that explained to us each and every species eloquently. Gung Nanda was the name of the incredible guide. The display of the animals was outstanding. With the entrance fee that we paid, it was an impressive experience to have. A highly recommended park to visit while you're in Ubud.

The only con is probably the price. It is priced quite closely with the other park and zoo in the area but is much smaller (1-1.5 hour here was enough to cover the place). Still, the place was well maintained, the tour guide was helpful, and the reptiles seemed well taken care off. The place is perfect for a leisurely stroll as it is quite shaded but we think the park and zoo in the area are more interesting.

My kid is obsessed with Komodo Dragons and all things reptiles. This park was beyond anything he could imagine. The guide took us around the entire park and made it personal sharing stories of how he grew up playing in the jungle and how he encountered the different snakes and lizards that we were looking at. We fed a crocodile, petted iguanas, held anacondas, and saw a king cobra ready to strike. It was kid friendly, not too busy, small enough to walk around quickly but packed with amazing animals. Loved every minute.

Great experience especially for those who like reptiles. Large number of Indonesians snakes (pythons, vipers, cobras including king cobra), crocodiles (salt, dwaf), lizards (monitors, geckos, iguanas), turtles as well as some from other regions like anaconda, death adder, rhino iguana. Animals are in a very good shape, guides are very nice. There is also a chance to hold a turtle, tortoise, iguanas, monitor lizard, skink. There is no komodo dragon though. It's strange as they are present at the Bird Park nearby. Entry fee 200 IDR per person.

Top. An awesome experience for reptile maniacs. The possibility to encounter iguanas and other reptiles, pet them and feed them is amazing. Really cool range of reptiles (90% of them are from Indonesia) , almost all of them were out and active. An area where you can touch and hold some of the reptiles which was amazing. Even a personal guide around the park for no extra charge, ours was Erlan his English was great and he was very knowledgeable about all the reptiles the park have on show. Would absolutely advise visiting the park if you are in Bali.

(Translated by Google) I haven't been able to compare it with other zoos, safaris, bird parks, etc. in Bali before it's been around. It depends on where you compare it to, but it was nice and small compared to its small size. All Korean 5 year old girls and 8 year old boys were very satisfied. A friendly male staff accompanies the end of the attachment, explaining and encouraging the children to touch. When I visited a similar kind of reptile experience in Korea, the children who were scared and couldn't touch them felt friendly and touched themselves. I was preparing for the coming of the Komodo Lizard next month. Recommended for families with children.

I’ve been to plenty of zoos but this is the only one where the reptiles are actually doing something. Super interesting and cool animals. Guide was extremely knowledgeable and nice. The extra fee to feed the saltwater croc was worth it, I got a rare experience and a cool video out of it. If you decide to do it, ask to feed Jackie Chan.

MUST Visit for any animal lovers. This is one of the most under rated places in Bali, especially if you are someone who wants to know about the Reptilian ecosystem. My only intent of going there was to see Komodo Dragon as i could not fit trip to Komodo Island in my trip, but this place gave much much more than that. Of course it has Komodo Dragon, which is an unique sight of its own but what blew my mind was the vast variety of endemic Snakes, Geckos, Monitor Lizards and many more reptiles. Also thanks to staff with passion along with deep knowledge about the subject makes it a memorable experience. Overall we had a fantastic time and will remember & cherish this visit.

An excellent place for the whole family. Located right next to the Bali Bird Park and only a fraction of the price. A huge selection of lizards, iguanas and snakes. A very well informed guide is included in the ticket which we were very thankful for. A petting area allows you to get up with iguanas and tortoises. The kids loved Rocky the biggest tortoise. There are also crocodiles and anacondas here and you’ll get the opportunity to hold the anaconda at the end if you choose. Highly recommend!!!

  • 5/5 Connor P. 9 months ago on Google
A very nice reptile park with beautiful animals. The point of the park is to educate people of the reptiles of Bali. Reptiles from other country’s are not the priority of the park, but there are a couple reptiles from other countries for refrence. When you begin your visit a guide will be assigned to you. That is for your information and to protect the animals from the visitors in the area where the reptiles can freely wander. So both the animals and the guests could have a pleasant time. The guides are very kind and have a loving passion for their profession. I would highly recommend this to anybody who wants to visit.

Great place with many reptiles inside. Fortunately I can see snake eating chicken in front of my eyes. It take some time but worth to watch. Big crocodile also avaible in there. Cheaper than bali bird park with many collection :)

Absolutely must visit if you like snakes and lizards. We even got our own personal guide, iguess this is accounted for in the tad expensive ticket price. Lots of different species, both from indonesia and from other parts of the world. Even got to pet some turtles and hold a snake, it was great.

Bali Reptile Park has an amazing collection of reptiles. I love how hands on you are allowed to get with the snakes and other critters. The open area with lizards and tortoises was my favorite. I could spend hours there. I will definitely return and would recommend to friends visiting Bali. I would recommend doing a separate day of both the bird and reptile parks. They are each full day adventures.
