This place really good actually 🙃 i hope they change the queque system to be fair enough, so it can be first come first serve. Some of people come before me even serve first, well it is not fair 😌 I had been waited for 45 minutes when i beg the 3 different SPG to help me out and i only spend 5 min to choose and take my ring because i did already online order. Just really poor service compared than the great quality of their gold.

if you want to buy jewelry, come to this place, the service is very satisfying and the resale price is very promising. jewelry that you buy if you want to resell it is only subject to a 10% discount from the price you bought

Been there 3x and every time I went there none of the staff is friendly, they always try be in a hurry instead of making you feel welcomed and try to give their best service. I felt I was rushed so I left. It's one of the best jewelry store in Denpasar but definitely not the only one and with unfriendly staff and feeling always rushed I think I'll start find other place.

Very bad customer service. We went there twice and the staff kept laughing at us and did not even bother to help us out. We waited for 30 minutes but they just laughed and kept staring at us.

I prefer to purchase by online rather than in store purchase. The staff was not really helpful & seem like they have no passion for their job.

For easy shopping from home, this is not the place you would add to the list. Took 4 days to finish the purchase ( chat replied once a day, even after transferred the money it took another 1 bussines day). If you are not ready with the online things, better not to put it in your services. People has expectation on how to buy things online (easy, simple and efficient).

Not too many models. Some of the employees are unfriendly, judging people by appearance, which is very bad for an employee who serves customers.

Even though I found some nice items, the customer service here is horrible. As the other reviews say, the sales clerks judge you on appearance and if you are a foreigner, be prepared for them to speak about you. They charge for boxes and charge a fee for using credit card. There are so many better gold shops in the area. 2 stars for the vast selection and decent prices but it isn’t worth 5 stars. Let’s see how the items hold up.

Two ladies who handled us yesterday need to learn how handling the guests nicely (lv.1 and Lv.2). I don't need to mention your name. But please change your attitute and learn what the customer service is. They looked not happy when we asked to get things as we were choosing. They may think we dont have money to buy the gold. Yesterday was not our 1st time. Many times. We bought necklace, brecelet, earring etc. So dissapointing service attitude 👎

One of the best local jewelry shop in Denpasar. They also have an online shops to make it easier for you to look at their collection and delivery to your door. This shop are always full with people. Great customer service, fast respond and trustworthy. Products are reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Gold shop with many collections. Went there to buy earrings. + friendly staff + the prices is quite updated + wide parking lot + the model is good & updated + comfortable place + cashless / cash / split paymenst - the display isn't really eyecatching - the queue system is kinda confusing because if we don't call the staff we will not get what we want, and standing ther for hours but glad the staff is quick to response and very kind.
