I came with my wife for lunch. When making the reservation (after calling 3 times), I finally got a table with views to the sea. When I arrived for lunch---after purposefully driving for 1 hour just to reach to the restaurant---what I found was terrible: a waiter with a not very serviceable attitude attending our table and a metre who was distributing clients to tables based on god knows what. After sitting with my wife in our table, and requesting the "menu del dia" letter, the waiter brought it to us. When we said we wanted to have a "menu del dia" (25€ each), the waiter said that we should move from such table to another one inside in case we wanted that. It was scorching hot inside. When I asked him about this issue, and how this was possible after making a reservation outdoors, he just said that he was following orders. I asked him then what was the point of us being offered the menu del dia letter in the first place, and the metre simply said that such menu was for "another restaurant" inside. What is even more shocking is that in no place it is written that there is a different restaurant inside or outside, or that depending on what you eat, you will be sitting at one place or another. Then the metre tried to defend and argue on what is simply not defendable: that there are different restaurants and offers depending on no one knows what "internal" regulations. I ended up feeling really looked down and a second class client just because my wife wanted to eat a "menu del dia". Overall, I would say that the service really ruined my day at Sanxenxo. I seriously doubt I would recommend such restaurant to any of my friends or relatives. PS: the recepcionist was really kind and helpful when I was writing down a complaint letter. PS2: I attach a picture of the hotel, where it clearly shows that you can eat both "menu del dia" and regular menu outdoors. PS3: it is false that the waiter offered us to have the "menu del dia" outdoors (as the owner says in thre reply). It is also false that they could not serve other clients that were queing: the restaurant was half empty. This is a clear case of misleading advertisement and unethical community management practices.

Terrible attitude. We are comming to the hotel not the first time. The only thing is the beautiful view from the window. We ordered a massage a month before arrival, but unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel, our time was changed for next day. Terrible attitude of spa staff. They didn't try to fix the situation, drives you crazy and spoils the whole holiday. And the best solución, its to have written confirmation of your massage or spa booking.

The amazing view from the window to the sea and pine trees, breakfast and dinner was great too. In addition, spa was a great joy and I really enjoyed proper finish sauna! Definitely recommended!

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location above the beach. Not knowing much about the area we have been thrilled with how beautiful and unspoilt the area is. The hotel is very well appointed with excellent rooms in the new wing. The seawater spa is large with a good indoor pool and large Jacuzzi area with various water features. The treatments are also excellent. Finally the food in the restaurant was very nice and the service was excellent at all times.

Awesome location, love the restaurant overlooking the Silgar beach. Staff very nice and polite.

Restaurant - Good food and service. And amazing views

süper hotel , marvellous staff, if once stayed, definitely desire comeback. because we remember something that we don't see much in the world anymore and that is the good memories of the past.you can live those good memories at present in this hotel.

Bugs in the bed. Beds are not comfortable, we were only there for two nights and that was too long. They have a great location and the people working at the bar are very friendly.

I think that it should have free parking in the winter months

Beautiful hotel just in front of Sanxenxo beach, great views of the water, with restaurante with al fresco dining and inside dining, sophistication and class, great food and customer service and very nice bar!

It's a great hotel, have a good location into the city of Sanxenxo on the sores of Silgar beach. The staff of the hotel are very friendly, attentive and courteous, the Spa zone is big and the best than I've seen.

The view is great. The newest building has better decoration and noise isolation. Talasso is good enough for relaxation and it's well maintained!

Excellent hotel in a perfect location above the beach of Silgar. Views from the room were breathtaking. Staff is very attentive and hospitable. The hotel has a great outdoor pool and a Spa. Breakfast was really fantastic. The only negative comment that I have is about the bad soundproofing that makes difficult to relax and rest

I have been in this hotel more than once and I can tell you is worth the stay! Especially because of their SPA and thermal circuit! Very good. The hotel location is also very good, with beautiful surroundings and the sea in front of you! Breakfast is also good. Not far way from the hotel you have the beach and plenty of restaurants and places to eat something or grab a drink. They have a decent price with breakfast and SPA circuit included. The only downside is the fact they are almost booked for the weekends and is hard to get a room, so book in advance for securing a place! Hope you like it.
