(Translated by Google) It is an experience that you cannot compare with another. If I had to guide you in any way, I would tell you that O Quinteiro invites you to return to the past and to the "Galician" family of 80 years ago; invites you to live an immersion in what it would be like to be a welcome guest at a family gathering with the customs and dishes of yesteryear. For me it was an incredible dinner with very generous hosts who entertained us with great knowledge about the customs and forms of our culture. Thank you! Mil gracias!

This place was recommended to us by the Tourist Office as an essential place... And although apparently from the outside it seems small and that will not be surprising... It does it in spades!! It is a place with great charm!! ☺☺ We chose the guided tour and they told us how they worked in the old days with all kinds of details, they showed us the house and so on... The truth is that it has its charm... They also make themed meals of the period, I encourage you to go!! Of course, bad parking and very little signage!

Very nice and special place, it is not only a museum style, it is like going back to that time, getting familiar with the countryside, ancient Galician life, with its tools still in operation, you could interact, the house reminds you a lot of The houses of the Galician villages are typical of grandmothers, wonderful, not only because of what you find but because of Roberto, one of the founding members, he makes you feel at home, as if we had always known each other, a charm, great attention. You can also reserve for dinner or lunch, a surprise menu (depending on whether you like meat or fish) I highly recommend it, there in San Vicente a different and very original experience The guided tour is highly recommended and is very cheap, only €5 There are different events throughout the year that are very fun. I recommend checking the website or networks for information.

We were in this house yesterday at noon, so many good things have been said and so well expressed, that we have to agree with everything. Everything is in its rightful place, it is quite an experience, the food with all its service and collection paraphernalia, respecting the tradition that the most important person at the table is the first to be served. The food is magnificent, but with all the best: Quin and Roberto, they are everything, they are the soul that takes us back to the memory of past times and that we are all looking for. THANKS FRIENDS! We are looking forward to returning.

I was looking for an authentic queimada, this place was recommended to me and under the premise of “letting yourself go” we enjoyed an unforgettable night. Quin and Rober transport you to a century ago, and immerse you in the customs, traditions and daily life of the families in the area in 1900. It is participatory, interesting, educational, and they also prepare delicious food with local products and of their own harvest and manufacture. They are charming and never cease to surprise with their art, conversation and good work. Dogs are welcome. An absolutely recommendable experience.

(Translated by Google) Unmatched experience. Totally different from anything I have seen so far. It is not only a culinary experience, the hosts make you travel to the times of their Galician ancestors sharing a very pleasant evening. They tell you about how they replicate and continue to live as their grandparents and grandmothers did. And so time goes by without you noticing and making you disconnect from outside life, good conversation with a final surprise! Totally homemade food cooked by them and with their own products, as in the days of our grandparents, everything is used, nothing is wasted and they do everything themselves with the resources they have. Thanks for the hospitality to both Quin and Roberto! (Original) Experiencia inigualable.

A pleasant journey back in time to the year 1900, the beginning of the 20th century, very well accompanied by hosts Quim and Roberto, which ends in a meal prepared with care and the flavors of the cuisine of the time. This trip exceeded all expectations. Let's go back for sure, and then I'll bring my cavaquinho.

A fabulous experience, a house from 1900, two "brothers" that transport you to the beginning of the 20th century It turned out so nice that I didn't have time to take pictures. Better not to tell more to go from surprise to surprise. We will definitely be back.

Recommended experience, to learn about the way of life in the 1900s in Galicia. I am happy with the result, and we look forward to the last detail, which can be tried and savored in this unique resort.

Incredible experience and 100% recommended. Roberto and Quim teleport you to 1900 in great detail. If you have the opportunity, book to have dinner with them because they will surprise you. They are very close and pleasant, it has been an honor to have them open the doors of their house to us and share dinner with such a pleasant conversation.

I found it online and the truth is, it was a success. I went with my husband who is in a wheelchair and everything was very well adapted. It is a house museum that transports you to the 1900s. Rober attended us, a beautiful person, he lives and enjoys explaining his roots and his culture. We were left wanting to try their homemade food, freshly made bread and their typical queimada. Maybe next time! Rober, an honor to meet you and many thanks.

This was an absolute highlight of our visit to Galicia. The site is fully functional and kids are allowed to handle most of the antiques and ask questions (in Spanish) about the historic Galician life style - farming, fishing, music, food, chores and the set up of homes and farms. We had a wonderful experience with Quin and the rest of the team, eating our weight in mejillones, lovely wine, and potatoes with pork. The vegetables from the garden were fresh and lovely. We loved it!

The care that they have put into every detail, in the placement of each piece on display, the rich cuisine and the fantastic treatment they have with each of their guests is outstanding and makes the place something really special, a place to nostalgia, to remember, to learn and surprise. It has been an unforgettable experience. The food that they serve you is crazy, all very good and homemade. Without a doubt, if you visit the area, it is mandatory to make a stop with them. Thank you very much for this day. (Translated by Google) A place to enjoy from the first minute. The best attention and feeling at home is the hallmark of this unforgettable place. To learn the history, customs and traditions of our grandparents and dine like them and sing their songs by candlelight to the beat of the bagpipes, drums and drums. A complete delight!!!! Don't miss out on an opportunity like this at a more than reasonable price. Highly recommended, and if you like to relive the way of life that our grandparents always told us about, this is your place. If you pass through the area, don't miss the opportunity to visit it. The tour guided by Roberto is super educational, in my case we also had dinner there, and both the food and the atmosphere generated are spectacular!! We were 12 strangers and we ended up having dinner as if we were a family. Roberto and Quiim have done and do a great job, they manage to transport you to 1900, and until the end they are always surprising you. Thank you very much for your work.

👍 A small aquarium for a short visit (60-90min). The building is kind of old but the aquariums are well taken care of and they have a big variety of species (but don't expect big fish). I found the price of 14€ adequate. Kids until 4 years old enter for free.
