Loved my stay here. It's located at one side of the beach which means it's less busy than some of the other spots, there's some tide pools basically right out front that you can explore. The design of the hotel in general was beautiful (the atrium, etc) with an interesting combination outdoor and indoors. Pretty OK service. Beautiful views from the balcony (which was a big plus, if you're on the ocean side they're shaded during the day and perfect for lounging). Good food at the restaurant/buffett. Bit far from the main city (but most of the other beach hotels are as well). Attractions in Sanya are pretty spread out, so this hotel is no worse than other ones in that regard. Don't count on getting anywhere on public transit near here. Our room was very nice, well decorated, good layout, lots of space, and the balcony is worth mentioning twice. Service was OK. Gym was fairly good.

Great service provided by Vivian and Mikki at the executive lounge. They made our stay with two small children easy and delightful. They went extra miles to remember my child's appetite and made some special food for her, which made her day. Vivian was extremely responsive to help us with questions about the area and provided recommendations. We wish we stayed longer.

This hotel gets 4 stars. Here is why. 1) the hotel does NOT have a beach but it is waterfront. 👎🏻 2) the pool is full of kids and they don’t set up a chair for you, they only give you towels. You also CANNOT buy sunscreen anywhere on the property. 👎🏻 3) several speaking English employees which was good 👍🏻 4) good location 👍🏻 5) beautiful room, nice bathroom, awesome bathtub, and beautiful view 👍🏻 6) bed was too hard. Pillows too thin. 👎🏻 7) nice hotel and beautiful lobby. 👍🏻 Not worth the value. I would go to another hotel that’s beachfront.

A pretty good hotel in Sanya Downtown, walking distance to some good local restaurants. We got upgraded the room, with a great view of Sanya bay. The breakfast buffeet was bit crowded, but the dish was good.
