Beautiful place, they clean the room everyday. Breakfast is good different choices. Buffet has a lot.of choices and good tasty foods seafoods international foods. Beach part of the hotel you neednto walk around 5 min and go under ground. every afternoon they put some bubbles in the children's pool upper swimming pool is quite warm comparedmtinthe 2 other pools. Buffet has also entertainment with Filipino singers also at the bar in the ground floor super kind and accommodating. All in all its a good place.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days in July 2019. The staff were very polite, helpful and professional. Nikki from reception, helped to arrange a birthday cake, and bday decorations in our room for my wife, she was very helpful and also managed to give us a late check-out. Also want to give special thanks to Eric from F&B who looked after us very well, and Cindy, Leila, and Cora. The director of F&B was also very accommodating. The hotel is very large and clean, well maintained. There are 4 or 5 large swimming pools that is very nice, with plenty of beach chairs. They also have a tunnel leading to their own section of the beach. The hotel pickup from the airport was efficient and well priced. Overall we had a very happy stay and will surely recommend this place to our friends. Breakfast was also good with huge selection of foods, and they have a BBQ buffet for dinner that was also very nice.

Built in 2011 but very well maintained in true Accor fashion. Comfortable rooms with baths that open to the sea. Decent breakfast buffet spread with at least one new "special of the day". Great sunset views from the 17th floor bar. Complimentary hotel shuttle to city Centre. Our stay was made extra special by the graciousness and attentiveness of Kate from the Business Centre. The concierge staff are also all generally very nice, helpful and courteous. Beach access is via the hotel's own underpass.

The hotel was so clean, comfortable and relaxing. The ocean view was magnificent. The pools were very nice, clean and serviced by the staff to a high standard. The food was delicious, tried two of the restaurants and you can not complain. Access to the beach is really good, you are well looked after by the staff at all times. I will be back next year 👍👍

A standard tourist Hotel in Sanya, the garden is beautiful and the pool landscape nice with a pool for swimming, no plastic rings allowed there, just the Main Street is between the beach and the hotel, not far from the Airport, food quality is good but completely overpriced. The rooms are old and not in good condition, make a deposit when you enter the hotel, otherwise you need to pay cash at the poolside, in general all facilities are not 5 star standard and around the hotel is no infrastructure only empty apartments, China style. If you have no chance to visit Thailand or Vietnam it is ok.
