Well developed and organised tourist attraction that starts from the base and offers a paid buggy ride up the hill. But still need to walk a good 10 minutes before reaching the peak where the statue is.

Scenic view of the surrounding Sanya areas. To get to the peak, one pays an additional 15 RMB roundtrip for the motorized transport only unless one wants a challenging good ½ hour hike on a hill (not for those faint of heart).

This is a beautiful place to spend a few hours relaxing and enjoying the great views.

Surrounded by beautiful garden. The main attraction of the park is the statue of look back deer. It is beautifully carved from the stone. There is a legend about the look back deer and its hunter. From the location, you could look into the sea together with some reclamation projects

Good attraction! We should walk around 10 minutes to see the statue but when you reach the top of the place, you can see Sanya City View from it. It's a beautiful place! You should go there!

The park is nicely designed and it offers a stunning view over Sanya. In the night it show's a beautiful colored light design. You can bock a car-transfer to the top of the mountain, but I would recommend to walk, because the way up offers beautiful views and good photo spots.

It was supposed to be a place to enjoy sunset but we missed that part lol. City and ocean view is still worth it.

This park is relatively cheap to visit but you will need to pay separately for the small bus/buggy to take you to the mid level unless you want to walk. Once further up, you'll be presented with some great views of Sanya city, the beach and Phoenix island. The central attraction will be the huge statue of the deer which has a love story behind it. There is a slide at the top but you may feel it's not worth the asking price. You'll probably be better off taking a gentle stroll back down to catch the buggy back to the entrance/exit and enjoy the lush floral surroundings. However, although very rare, do be aware there maybe snakes in the bushes.

Amazing view! Some frogs and monkeys are around the park :)
