We spent one night here after a couple of days in beach front resorts so we can enjoy the city a little. Nice view of downtown Sanya. Friendly staff and lots of choices for breakfast. Room is up to date I guess after transforming from Ramada to CP. The swimming outdoor swimming pool on 5th floor (I think) is big with zones for kids and adults. One downside is the glass door to balcony wasn't sealed tight, so high wind on higher floors makes quite a bit of noise.

Stayed several days here and it was quite pleasant and satisfactory. It's centrally located so travelling to the scenic spots was convenient. Breakfast buffet was OK considering the price paid.

The hotel is located in the city and the transportation is very convenient, but it is not convenient to go swimming by the sea.The hotel does not have an indoor swimming pool and the outdoor swimming pool is not allowed to swim when it rains.There is a free shuttle bus to the tax-free city about 1 hour,Take a taxi from the hotel to the airport about 50 minutes,RMB60$,Breakfast is great！ The hotel generally feels very good!

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of group tour. Guest room was very comfortable, big and clean. Had technical issues when checking in, rooms card weren’t working for everyone in the group tour so had to go up and down to solve the issue. Breakfast buffet was widespread but many are very oily stir fry dishes. Staff was clueless when the coffee beans need beans/milk replacement. Overall, i like the rooms and very restful stay and would probably stay here again.
